The perfect hotel to stay with your family especially with kids because it has a hot tub and a pool and it's right by a volcano falls which is an arcade outdoor batting heading soccer balls and mini golf and go-karts so it's fun for the whole family I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn

Cleanroom great breakfast desk staff definitely leaves something to be desired. As someone who normally chooses Holiday Inn over any other Hotel I will definitely be reconsidering my options.

This is the poorest HIE property I have found. Rates reflect a higher end hotel ($189 tonight), matching or exceeding the full service HI closer to town. It seems to be run on the cheap. There is no store for snacks and travel basics that can be charged to the room. The vending machines don't take credit cards. If you don't have cash, you are out of luck. Technology in the room is quite dated. No outlets near the bed for phone chargers. The sink doesn't drain well and the bathroom fan is off balance and noisy. The bed is decent for comfort. Everything else is Comfort Inn level, or worse. They are fleecing the public and damaging the brand here.

I have been staying here at least 2x per year (in the winter months) for the past four years for a high school athletic event. I have never been disappointed by my stay! Breakfast is good and quick - and offers a gluten free alternative for my daughter who has Celiac disease. Beds are comfortable, rooms are always clean and quiet especially since it is very near the interstate! Convenient to the venues we need and restaurants too! It goes without saying I will be back again!

No complaints means a five star review. The room was clean and functional, check-in was easy. I love the egg white and veggie omelet they added for breakfast. They even worked with me on changing a reservation that was technically not able to be changed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the 90 toll way and many great restaurants. The hotel is very quiet and has a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and is great about greeting guests as they come in. They are very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is very clean overall. The rooms are very nice for the price. The beds are very comfortable and very clean. The hotel has a hot breakfast and great selection of food choices. I will definitely stay here again when in the area and would recommend this to my friends.

Stayed there with my coworkers this week and overall everything was very enjoyable. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and the employees couldn't be any nicer. Checking in was easy and defintly helps that they have a bombshell supermodel working front desk. In all seriousness she had a very welcoming attitude and helped us find a nice restaurant to go have dinner at. We will be staying here on our way back from the job in a couple weeks.

The room was great. I was there for a conference. Refreshments were nice. Sounded like the children staying there were having a great time too. I would recommend to stay or for meetings to all my friends and associates

Stayed in room 321 for the night and enjoyed the visit. We were passing through on our way home and it was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat and the evening associate was very helpful.

The check-in process was very quick. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For a short business trip it suited my needs. It was tough to keep the temperature in the room regulated. Overall just a nice stay.

Better than expect
Big comfortable room. Bed perfect firmness great sheets. Tv a little small. Always clean fast professional friendly service. Breakfast mot great but huge selection. And the hot tub by pool is the bomb one in room is weak.

First time staying at this location and now I will never go anywhere else. Service and amenities are well worth the price. Location is great too. Next to many great restaurants. Brookelyn was a wonderful hostess. Helped carry bags up to our room, had a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality. Keep up the great work!
