I stayed in several hilton garden inn hotels throughout the country and this hotel is not upto HGI standards very disappointed.

HGI brand lost it's reputation in my view after this stay.

Hotel isn't bad. Clean outside, lobby, and rooms. The rooms are slightly dated, and the bathrooms could definitely use an update. Tubs are just strange in hotels and most should be converted to walk in showers. Breakfast isn't worth the cost if you can't get it for free in a package or through Hilton Honors membership.

The hotel is nice and clean. the service I have received so far has been great. I am 2 days into a 2 week stay for work training. My only complaint and it is specific to me, I am a gamer, connecting to the internet via wireless took a bit with my console, an easily obvious ethernet port would be great. hotels tend to shy away from gamers as it eats bandwidth.

The room we had was very spacious and clean. A mini-fridge and microwave were both in the room and newspapers were available downstairs, only stayed one night so did not interact with many employees however they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The pooI and hot tub area was not that great and was right next to the parking lot and not very far from the busy road the hotel is on, great for a quick cool off but you won't be doing much relaxing there. I would definitely stay here again.

Total liars. Booked a room, confirmed reservation with counter beforehand, arrived late at night only to be told the room has been booked to someone els. They blamed Expedia but the truth is they booked the room for someone els and didn't honor their Expedia booking. I recommend using another hotel, don't think it won't happen to you!!

Very nice hotel and convenient. I was staying here on a business trip and it made the trip much more pleasant than it could have been otherwise. The staff was great as well.

I am still in the midst of my stay but felt compelled to post a review after having an unpleasant experience involving having to change rooms. My family and I checked in on Thursday with reservations through Saturday but as our plans changed I needed to extend our stay through Sunday. The check in clerk advised that it was not s problem and we could continue to stay in the same room through Sunday. After spending a day out with my family I come back to our room to be greeted by housekeeping telling me I should be checked out. So off to the front desk I go to be told that the original clerk didn't properly put in my extended reservation and that the room we were in was already booked and the family that booked it a month ago had been waiting for an hour for the room. After asking how this could happen after I was assured that the reservation was complete and we could stay in the same room throughout our stay the clerk could only apologize and offer a roll away bed for the smaller room we had to move to. I was tempted to leave and go to another hotel but that would have only compounded my family's experience. Needless to say we are not pleased with this situation and feel put out for no reason other then incompetence by the hotel staff.

Nice hotel and good location if you are in the UCF area. I didn't try the pool but it looked nice. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Close to many restaurants.

It is conveniently located just off state road 50 in between Waterford lakes and UCF area making it very convenient. Rooms are plenty large, nicely furnished, and the beds are quite comfortable. Only thing they don't include is breakfast; they do offer a breakfast buffet and cook to order.
