Barbara was our sales person and answered or found answers to all the questions we had regarding different types of furniture we needed. The delivery chaps were fantastic and they put covers on the stair bannisters to prevent any damage. They were extremely careful and we thank them

We found a server that we liked that was on sale. We set up a delivery date and the piece was delivered on time. It is a beautiful addition to our space. Indian River Furniture is our favorite place to go for furniture and other decorative items that make our house into a home. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing showroom. Unbelievable selection of higher end furniture. A lot of Made in the USA options. We ordered the most comfortable sofa I have ever sat on and has totally customizable options. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales staff. If you like coastal, this is the place.

Wonderful experience at Indian River Furniture yesterday - truly blessed and The Lord provided beyond my expectations!! After much research and going from store-to-store, I finally found the barrel chairs (swivel/glider) in my desired color, and at a reasonable price. I was able to choose from an extensive array of fabric and colors!! I was especially blessed to have a knowledgeable, helpful, and diligent sales representative - ask for Jen!

We had a very pleasant experience with our furniture purchase. Steven was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He had to stay after hours to complete our purchase. We custom ordered a leather sofa so we haven't received it yet, but the buying experience was great!

The original purchase experience was good. The sales person was helpful, attentive, and they have a beautiful quality made selection. HOWEVER, once I took delivery of my large Drexel Heritage order with a large wool area rug, coffee table, end tables, tv stand, and sleeper sofa the customer service was horrific!
It started when the wrong area rug was delivered. Not only the wrong pattern, but the wrong size. When I called the store I was treated very rudely by the sales person and the customer service manager. The manager went so far as to say to me, "why can't take your business to another store". I almost fell off of my chair! I had to look up the owner and call him directly to have the problem fixed and she still sent me the wrong rug!
Now the Drexel Heritage Queen Sleeper Sofa air mattress has started to lose air. I called the store to find out what I should do and the same customer service manager is still there (bad business decision). I don't necessarily want them to fix or replace it, but steer me in the right direction to get it fixed Nope, she never called me back and has not returned my calls.
It saddens me greatly! They have lost my business and I will never refer someone to shop there, ever.

Like the store, however I called to request chairs to try since they are style we want in our office and I would be ordering a pair. They will not get them in stock for me to try nor would give me a price. I would have order without testing out the comfort. Sadly, I am off to another store that has Hancock & Moore furniture.

We special ordered an all leather sofa based on the recommendation of our salesperson, Larry Rhodes who spent an enormous amount of time understanding exactly what our needs were based on the light that comes through our windows on the back side of the couch. Great follow up and follow through. This is my second investment in furniture with Indian River amd there will be a third.
