Stop looking now. Take it from a repeat guest at The Innyou do not want to waste your time looking for any other place to stay in Cocoa Beach. It doesn't get better than The Inn. It's almost more like a bed & breakfast but with the amenities of any upscale full-service hotel but with free parking, free Wi-Fi, free wine & cheese social every evening and free and FABULOUS breakfast!! Not to mention the adorable and perfectly stocked honor bar!!!! I'm here now and while this didn't start out to be the vacay I've been dreaming of all year, Larry, Liz and everyone else at The Inn have done all they can to make up for it. As crazy as it sounds, the ridiculously unique and delicious breakfast is one of our favorite things about The Inn (though we have many favorite things about The Inn) but the hurricane caused damage to their kitchen so no breakfast this visit but Liz recommended Simply Delicious down the road and she's right it's simply deliciousso it'll more than work for this trip. STAY AT THE INN AT COCOA BEACH EVERY TIME YOU VISIT THIS PARADISE!! I can't, for the life of me, figure out how and other hotels here have gueststhis is the ONLY place to stay if you're looking for serenity, relaxation and your money's worth every time!

Very nice. Great service. Felt like a family. We were in room 26. Room is much smaller then a normal hotel room. Think of a large kids room or smaller master. Would be five stars but the ac was super loud. Had a problem sleeping

Our stay has been very pleasant. The short walk to the beach is a big plus and our room felt more like a small house rather than a boring hotel room. Hotel staff was welcoming and friendly even when we arrived after 10pm. Breakfast was cooked by staff and was superb. Amazing place to stay, looking forward to the rest of the week here!

So we had stayed at this hotel multiple times before and it was lovely. We stayed in newly renovated rooms (the inn was under renovation) which we really appreciated which is why we stayed multiple visits. Anyway I found a deal for the night on a 3rd party site and booked a room. When we checked in, we got a cheaply renovated roomSo cheap, it didn't belong in the hotel at all. Like they ran out of money and cut all kinds of corners. So I go to the front desk to see about an upgrade, which they were giving the guy in front of me
When I got to the front of the line, my upgrade was double what I had paid online. I asked him to look up my account and match the rate, which he refused to do. In addition, he was super rude and arrogant. If you stay at this hotel, make sure you stay in the renovated wing that is beautifully redone. The rest of it is horrible and the owner is rude and arrogant. We will never go here again which is really disappointing.

Stayed here pre-and post cruise out of Port Canaveral. This hotel has it all in the way of charm and ambiance. It has a Inn feeling and atmosphere but all the hotel amenities. The pool is great, short walk to the beach. Bathrooms are on the smaller side but rooms were fine.
