Management goes way above and beyond. Five stars! There were cookies, hot cider, juice, pastries and darling decorations. A tall table with electronic ports and an array of games was in the lobby . Our room was a perfect size and nice lay out. The seat at the foot of the bed was badly stained and the shower needed updating desperately. The bed was comfortable. There were plugs at the desk and bathroom to plug everything in. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit, cereal choices, oatmeal, bread, muffins, and much more. The coffee here was a bit too bitter for me but there were plenty of other choices. I would like to have electronic outlets at the nightstand. We could see a bit of Seneca Lake from our room!!

We stayed here before and it was nice. But this time things were just ok. We had 1 bottle of shampoo and half a bottle of soap. How does that happen? We will be back. A little more attention to detail.

It was pleasant stay. Lake view room was blocked with tree leaves so I would take out one star. It should be mentioned.

Our room was clean and rather quiet. Breakfast was ok with good choice of fresh fruits. Staff was very friendly. Location is great, close to the lake and the town center.mit is easy to find.

Staff was nothing short of amazing! Friendly and very attentive, and ensured our forced stay due to the weather became a comfortable and relaxing experience. Very clean facilities. Would definitely recommend this quiet, restful place for a stay in Geneva!

Staff, location and food were outstanding. We had a lot of family members staying here and all were pleased with the hotel. Staff anticipated our needs and did everything possible to make sure we were pleased.
