Amazing breakfast! I was there yesterday and could not get enough. I’m at the downtown garden inn today and the breakfast here is horrible. Orange park is so much better wish I could go back!

All the employees are wonderful. They took care of each and every one of their guests and accommodated them extremely well. I feel bad because they had to put up with so much stress from guests that were ungrateful and terribly rude. Thank you for having me and my family and letting people pets stay during this time of need! I for one am very grateful of the management and staff at this hotel.

Extremely disappointed. Understandably, the hurricane placed a great deal of stress and pressure on all employees.. Bob, the GM, really needs to evaluate his front desk manager. He was extremely rude, inadequate and possesses absolutely no problem solving abilities. On a much brighter note Jeremy, the night desk operator, was fantastic. Quite frankly he should be the front desk manager. I'm going to call corporate to go into specifics.

These guys were great! We needed a room last minute and they were able to find us a room and even gave us a discount because it was so late. Definitely would recommend!

Nice large, clean rooms. Plenty of parking. Staff was awesome. Easy access to highways. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Only complaint was that after spending over $100 for a room, Breakfast was an additional $10.50 per person.

Rooms were clean and reasonably modern. The staff was courteous and attentive despite it being a soccer tournament weekend. The location is a little difficult with the construction and the street access.

Great, quiet, comfortable place. My only recommendation: a larger entrance sign or move the Google pin, Uber drivers had difficulty finding the place.

The rooms were nice and clean but the bottom of side stairwell led to an employee only hallway so you couldn't leave using it

The accommodation was pleasant, as to be expected of Hilton. However, the night clerk was not, nor did she carry a pleasant disposition when assisting. Sorry, you had to be at work?

Good stay. Wish there was a bigger fitness room but definitely better than nothing with a few good cardio machines and a good dumbbell selection. Staff are all very friendly/professional and everything appears well-cleaned and maintained.

Stayed here 12/3 through 12/5/ 2016. Brand New Garden Inn. Staff was extremely helpful both on check n and check out. Had breakfast here 2 mornings. It was cook to order. The omelet and french toast are awesome. Verified my Hilton Honors so i received my points. Room was super clean TV worked and shower was good. No waiting for hot water. When i go back to Orange Park this is where I'm staying. Good Job
