Got a decent room rate here and it was a pleasant stay. The only thing was we were suppose to have a king bed and got two queens hmmm. Didn't feel like composing and stuck it out. Breakfast was fresh and fabulous but a little pricey. Still would stay again. Better luck next time.

Great staff, dedicated team and managers. They take complaints very seriously and customer satisfaction is their main priority. I did a job for them through a temporary agency and they are very great to work for.

Clean comfortable. Just too much odor from nearby Garlic, and air fragrances conflict. Breakfast good fast and efficient.

Not exactly what I expected. Been to the Garden Inn in New Mexico and was very impressed. Gilroy seems to be a little behind when it comes to a modern hotel. Here on business and would be disappointed if I payed out of pocket for this hotel. Was expecting a little more. Hilton seems to enjoy charging extra for every little thing on top of the high price for the hotel.

Reasonably priced, clean and convenient place to stay in the Monterey Bay area. Easy to get to beaches, the Santa Cruz mountains, the aquarium, the garlic festival, and a lot of other things. A nice swimming pool, complementary cookies, and a well stocked bar top it off.

Nice hotel. Clean comfortable beds, upscale atmosphere. Very professional staff. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Pool area well stocked with big comfortable soft towels.

This is s nice place to stay, pool and spa great, lobby very nice too. The rooms need to be updated , St the prices they charge, I would expect a bit more. The staff was polite and efficient.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Only downside is the bar closing at 9pm, quite bad for a Hilton hotel
