Such a beautiful, lush park! Love going there to hike the waterfall trail. It's so unfortunate that the recent storm damaged it and we won't have access to it. Hope it opens soon!!

Please note the park is currently closed due to storm damage without any planned reopening date. Very, very disapointing, since the park was wonderful. Wish they provided more details about the damage on the park's website.

Since it has been raining, the waterfall and streams sound wonderful. The lush greenery provides an abundance of shade along the Waterfall and Contour Trails.
The only downside to this place is the narrow road that leads to the parking. It is within reason that is small so I'm not expecting someone to cut down trees or move houses to make it more convenient.

Parking cost $6. I tried using both a credit and debit card but ultimately, the machine preferred to take my cash. Also, make sure to following the instructions on the screen.

Tip: The vehicle driving into the park should yield to allow the opposing vehicle to leave; there is a slight shoulder on the right side of the narrow road while the opposing has a line of trees. Just drive slowly and carefully.

I took various trails there and I can say it's gorgeous (and quiet) no matter which one you take.
The only thing that I didn't liked is the road to the place which is too narrow and two cars cannot be at the same time, so one should yeild to another. But it's fine overall except that.

A very nice place to hike, you can go easy with the waterfall trail which is about 1 1/2 miles. If you are in the mood for a light workout, continue onto Contour trail for a 4 mile hike which will loop back to the parking lot. Trails are mostly shaded and lots of waterfalls along the way.
