Nice hotel it's the Fairmont of Hollister. No frills, except for the pool and great breakfast! There's also a grill by the pool which is inviting. It's supposed to be a no smoking hotel, but the first room we walked into reeked 🙁. Had to wait a couple hours to get a room cleaned that didn't smell, but this one had a cracked tv screen, it took another 45 minutes to have it replaced 🙁. After that though the rest of th stay was pleasant.
Very friendly staff, the rooms were the cleanest I have seen so far in all the hotels/motels I've been to. Sophie did an excellent job. My party and I had a great time
Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and the free wifi is good if you're on business. Good location.
Great place to stay. Rooms were very clean, it was very quiet at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast !!!!!
Lady that works the night audit at check-in when I checked in at about 2 a.m. told me I couldn't use my Best Western rewards points when the whole company every Best Western in the US advertises the Best Western rewards points she said that their hotel allows you to collect points but not redeem points at their property I was shocked went online and looked up under Best Western and sure enough it says on there you can use 20,000 points for your free night at their property so when I mentioned it to her she said that they were individually owned and operated and you cannot use your points there because the owner of that property will not let you it's complete BS and I really needed to use my points because the only reason I was out there was due to my car breaking down and I didn't have the funds to stay at a hotel so thankfully I thought oh great I have my rewards points I have well over enough for my free night stay but guess I was wrong I won't even mention what was on our fitted mattress top because it will completely grossed you out it was not bugs or anything like that to worry about but it was completely disgusting I would not recommend this hotel to anybody it's really a shame that their staff does not know about the property or about great customer service because the pool area was absolutely beautiful the stylings of the room were really pretty everything was shaped nice the lobby was really nice has great parking but the customer service and the no knowledge of the point system that they advertise is complete BS
Super clean and somewhat outside of town. Gorgeous outdoor pool with BBQ.
Good room at a good price. OK location. Clean and Staff was very helpful. Would Stay there again.
Hotel was very loud being next to the CA25 highway. Room wasn't horrible but does need some TLC and maintenance. Beds are very stiff. There was a lot of people outside drinking and being loud. This being in a farm town area with a lot of contractors and construction workers this makes sense. The hot breakfast was garbage and smelled/looked weird. Property is well lit, has a lot of cameras and I didn't feel unsafe in the area. If you are going to Pinnacles NP there are not many option on the east side of the park unfortunately Staff was friendly and helpful.
Froendly staff at check in. Clean confortable room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Price was good. Would recommend.
There were not complete toiletries when we arrived. Asked reception for shampoo and conditioner and was told to go to reception to pick it up. At reception Manager said he would bring it to the room. He never brought it.
The second day our room didn’t get clean, when I called reception at 6:00 PM, was told that we probably left the “do not disturb sign”. I said we didn’t and ask them to clean it. Their response was the housekeepers were gone for the day.
When checking out I asked for a discount, the manager said we probably left the “do not disturb sign on. Again I said we didn’t and explained that a couple from our group checked in and requested a second floor bedroom. They were told that there were no second floor rooms clean. Manager said the best he could do was to give me some reward points. Instead of blaming us implying that the “don’t disturb sign”, was left. He should have apologized and offer a discount. Our group of 8 doesn’t feel we were treated fairly. We paid for a clean room and were not offered and apology or discount. Our group of 10 doesn’t feel we should go back to the Best Western San Benito Inn. The staff at the dining room and some at reception were friendly.
