It is a nice place. Nothing fancy, but it's not supposed to be. Denny's in the parking lot, and it has a bar, plus other restaurants across the street. Proximity to Ontario airport is a big plus.

Room was clean, but very humid and stuffy. Had to have the air constantly running. Also issues we had was the loud commotion from the Dennys restaurant that sits up against the hotel and is open 24hrs. Other Then that service was great; staff was friendly.

Quiet, comfortable stay at about $10-$20 less than nearby Hotels. Due for an upgrade, cable TV channel selection is limited to about 25-30 channels, but still very comfortable stay. Denny's on the property and an In-N-Out drive-in accross the street. Friendly, helpful staff, good guest services -- Laundry, hot breakfast, shuttle service. Located just North of the LA/Ontario International Airport at the Vinyard Ave exit on I-10. Good parking, spots for pickups with trailers and "bobtail" semi-trucks.

Very clean and nice rooms. The staff is very professional and competent in their capacities. They offer a hot breakfast and the cleanliness is supurb. The grounds are some of the best kept landscaping I've seen. It was a very pleasant surprise and It's best for the money I found within 50 miles. I'd recommend you stay here if ever in the area!

I travel a lot. I regularly stay in mid priced hotels 3-4 times a week. I had the misfortune of being in this area for 4 days. I can say with our reservation, that this was the most satisfied I have ever been with a hotel. From competent and very friendly staff, assisting with any request I made, to the clean, well maintained rooms, and pool area to the hot breakfast. I can not rave about them enough. Can you get better service and accommodations? Probablyif you spend $140-$200 a night in this area. I can not recommend them enough..

stayed here for an event at the nos center. place has been renovated and the rooms are quite nice. were equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. however the hotel is a block away from the nos shuttle pickup. annoying when you're coming home so we lyfted. would stay here again if it was cheaper

Very friendly front desk staff, very well kept property, great landscaping, rooms were smallish but clean, very serviceable, quiet and really nice beds.
The breakfast was served hot, on time and staffed by friendly personal.
Hotel is surrounded by several eating options- Denny's , In n Out burger, a Chinese restaurant and a nice higher end restaurant.
I would stay here again in a minute.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great location. Just south of the 10 fwy, in walking distance from Ontario's Airport and Convention Center. The entrance to Quality Inn is a bit hard to find, for it shares parking lots with Denny's. But they do offer a 10% meal discount on your entire bill by presenting your room key at check out.

The girl at the front desk drove to the airport to pick us up when we called last minute to pick us up after we got stranded a day. She was super friendly, gave us a discount on 4 rooms booked at the last second and gave us an very good welcome. I wish I could remember her name so I could thank her personally. The rooms were what you would expect from a quality in, comfy and quiet.

The rooms are not fancy here, but the customer service for my family travelling through Ontario was above and beyond. When our planned accommodations at a nearby spot fell through (the place was in horrifying condition), we called the Quality Inn and the lovely individual working the front desk (not the shuttle driver!) drove the airport shuttle to come pick us up immediately - without even knowing that we were in a bind. On the way to the hotel, all the nearby restaurants, bars and fast food chains were pointed out to us for dinner options and we were briefed on the hotel amenities (hot tub, pool, breakfast). Upon arrival we were promptly checked in, and arrangements were made immediately for our group of 7 to have a shuttle together back to the airport in the morning. The showers were hot, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the walk to In-N-Out was quick. The hotel is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport depending on traffic, and is very close to the freeway which is great for ease of access. That being said, it is in a noisy spot.. so unless you sleep like a log, you may experience some interrupted ZZZ's.

Absolutely great place to stay! I have stayed here several times. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are always clean. The area is great. Beautiful view of the mountains and close to many places to shop and eat including the Ontario Mills Mall.

First, the staff was very friendly and helpful when I called about early check in the day prior. When I arrived in town for my stay I called early to see if early check in was still n option and was told a room was available. They told me they would hold one for me to check in. So I was able to get in early​. When I arrived the staff was super friendly and helpful. Even just carrying on a minor dialogue was appreciated. The room was perfect for my needs. The location was nice, although I heard some loud cars while sleeping (although it was kind of expected since the location is close to the 10 freeway) I slept sound and comfortably. The morning breakfast was great. No complaints about anything here. I will definitely be staying here when I go to California again.
