Clean hotel, AWFUL staff. I have stayed at many locations and I have never been so disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this one, hopefully they will clean out their nasty staff and stop charging people’s cards for unaccounted reason. The worst part is when I called to inquire about said charge, the man was incredibly rude and told me he wasn’t able to tell me what I was even charged for? I am extremely displeased with this location.

Was a very nice hotel. Walking distance to restaurants. Indoor pool was small but nice. Lobby is killer and bistro is pretty good food. Only problem is the area is a haven for homeless. Don't leave any valuables in your car. My daughter forgot her purse and we found a broken passenger window the next morning. Happens so often employees mentioned it happened to them and the gentleman who helped clean up the glass had the number of a local shop on him. Make sure to park out front under lights.

We had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant/bar was really good. The only downside was our room was next to the elevators. It was not an issue at night, just early in the morning. But the stay was good.

I was very upset with the fact that the carpets were taken out of the rooms. The rooms are now TILE. Feels more like a MOTEL 6 vs a Marriott. I tried to contact Corporate regarding this and received no response. I also had another issue regarding shady credit card charges, contacted a Manager to help with the inquiry. The Assistant Manager put me off with phone tag, leaving NO message. I followed up with the problem via the Credit Card company and we GUESSED what the charges might have bee, so no peace of mind for several days, when the Assistant Manager FINALLY called me back to WORK the PROBLEM. TOO LATE. Then she sent an apology letter saying she did contact me. That letter was VERY MISLEADING by her and made me question her CREDIBILITY. I again requested a call from Corporate and never received it. I used to stay there a lot but now with the competitive prices of other hotels I will now move my points to those. Too bad they just didnt get it.

Didn't really stand out as an extraordinary hotel, but wasn't bad either. Rooms seemed recently renovated. The room I stayed in was tile, not carpet, which is a little different. But it was appointed well. A decent place to stay, to be sure, but didn't give me the homey feel that I'd want if I stayed more than a few nights.

Room lay-out was terrible! Walk in door, couch on left, desk in right. In the back right corner was the king bed. TV at foot of bednot viewable from couch or desk??
I have computer work when I check in at the end of a long day in the field. Like to sit at the desk AND be able to catch up on news shows. Staff very nice, good breakfast!

Clean, comfortable and secure. Hotel Cafe has decent food at a decent price. Some local craft beers were available along with the standard fare.

The banquet room was excellent. The room was very clean and there was plenty of space for about a hundred people. Its the perfect place for professional events, parties, or any function that you need plenty of space for. My experience there was for a preschool graduation and they had a nice stage for the kids as well as a photo booth. Also they provided caters and the staff really seemed friendly and organized

I'm longtime business traveler to the high desert. This is one of nicer hotels. The others feel a bit old and run down.

The stay was a pleasant experience. The check-in was easy. We were greeted by a friendly and professional desk clerk. We were put a few doors down from the elevator. We heard the ding of the elevator and people talking, so I would recommend requesting another room. The room was very nice with laminate floors, overlooking the pool. It had a large, comfortable king bed, with a nice TV. Overall, the overnight stay was pleasant and we would stay there again.
