Nice clean hotel. Good rates and amazing service. Seriously the nicest staff we have seen, and we stay in a lot of hotels.

The service is truly what sets this place apart - the front desk staff has been exceptional! All other elements of our stay have been solid as well. Plus, multiple restaurants within walking distance!

I saw a man named Dorsey being VERY unprofessional towards another employee in the hallway. This caused the lady to become volger. She was wrong for cursing. He was wrong for threatening herhe should have maybe taken her into his office to talk. This place does NOT look like the best place to work. I was appalled. I thought, maybe someone will talk to me in this manner. They were both wrong. And I'd rather not come back to this Hilton.

Hotel looks nice on the lobby, but A few issues both elevators have a "weird" smell, trains run every hour and blowing their horn and preventing to have a "quiet" evening or night. Also having to pay 10.95 plus tax for a simple breakfast was an unwelcome surprise With the pillows, there wasn't an option for firm or soft And we couldn't have a comfortable position to watch the tv. Staff was ok

My family fled from hurricane Irma and decided to go to north Carolina and I have to say that was the best decision I've made in a long time. When I tell you the ENTIRE staff was just AWESOME and so compassionate it brought tears to my eyes. The Manager and the Director of sales I will never ever forget them. I will be going back there this time for a vacation. They treated my dfamily like we were their family it was a good feeling

The accommodating staff, lovely lobby with welcoming choices of complimentary teas, coffee and chilled fruit and plain water, perfectly clean roomall so nice. Will definitely stay there again!

Great food! Had an isolated incident but staff made every effort to correct and apologize. Would stay again. Clean quiet rooms. Fast room service. Close to Duke hospital.

Nice hotel, decent location. Only issue is how close it is to the train, which can be heard at night. The staff is very friendly and made popcorn daily for guests. The gym is well equipped, with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and a weight machine.

A great hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. There is a wonderful walking trail nearby on Duke Universities East Campus and a Whole Foods. The hotel breakfast was good and their grits were the best I've had in years. Stone ground and creamy. I would stay here again.

Service is impeccable. The managers here want to make sure your stay is top notch. Rooms are decent hotel size, bed is comfortable, tub is small but the hot water works fast.

I was visiting to see my daughter's basketball game at NCCU. The staff greeted us with the friendliest smiles when we checked in at 12am and we were super tired. Our bed, and those pillows felt like we were sleeping on clouds. Our breakfast was AWESOME!! Just overall one of the most pleasant places I've ever stayed. Definitely will ALWAYS stay here when I visit my daughter.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The entire staff made us feel so welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious. I especially wanted to complement Michelle and Renee. They just took the best care of us. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Durham.
