I was dropping off an Uber delivery. I don't know anything about the hotel. It was quiet and nice looking?

I believe this is my 3rd time here. The hotel was fantastic. Everything was clean and working when we arrived. We came 1 day earlier and they did a great job accommodating us. Indoor pool was heated and felt comfortable. Staff and front desk service was AMAZING!!!

Front desk service was great. Our room was clean and the temperature was just right. Its located to tons of places to eat and shop. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The only con, it was hot inside the lobby and hallways then cold in the room.

Night desk told me @ 10 pm the rates were high because of all the area football games still in play. Really? Students and parents need rest on a school night. Are games played that late very often? I drove 15 more miles north on interstate Hwy 85N and saved $40 at another "Choice Brands Hotel" partner. Staff was polite and more accommodating to my boot cast foot.

Typical Comfort Inn with continental breakfast. Friendly staff. We just wish they would put some heat into the indoor pool. Water is ice cold even in July.

Bathrooms were not clean, hair dryer did not work. Hotel receptionist checked us in quickly so that she could get back on the phone with a friend. Just left the keys on the counter when we checked out at 10am because no one was there. Price was a bit high for the quality.

Stayed for 4 days. It was pretty average. Small and older TV. The bathroom is very outdated. The stay was quiet though. The breakfast was decent as well. Maids apparently only change sheets every 3 days which I thought was odd. Overall the stay was okay but not for $400.

Leslie is great! I am a platinum choice privilege member. I practically live in hotels and Leslie is the best. She understands her job and wants the customer to have a great stay. Thanks Leslie! The 4 of 5 stars is because of the pillows. Unfortunately, pillows play a crucial role with an important part of a person's stay. sleeping. Often when pillows become worn hotels will fold tgem.or see tiff them.in a pillowcase making a smaller fluffier pillow. Although cute these pillows are difficult to stack for anyone needing pillow height. I woke numerous times adjusting my pile of pillows.

I spent 15 nights at this hotel in total and would recommend it to anyone in town looking for a clean and mostly quiet place to stay. The staff here did a great job providing customer service throughout my stays. Plenty of parking and a variety of restaurants nearby. The amenities (pool & gym) and free continental breakfast leave something to be desired, but the rooms I stayed in were nicely renovated.

Excellent stay. Very nice staff. Great location (lots of places to eat and close to mall of ga). Rooms very nice. Indoor pool a little chilly. And for emphasis, the staff was very nice which is always makes a good stay that much better.
