For the three days I was there was a great experience. The room was clean, the bathroom was vary nice, the bed was comfortable , the coffee maker was a nice touch and the people were nice and friendly.
The down side of my stay was the jacuzzi was not working and the ice machine on our floor was out of order and had to go one floor down to get ice.

the rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. the price was fair as well. while their breakfast wasnt complimentary, we only paid $2 for it per person during check-in. it was completely worth it. buffet family style. they had someone making custom omelettes as well. it was an excellent stay for us

Pool and spa were nice. Customer service was fantastic, very friendly. Bar tender Rosalinda was accommodating. Good location. Relatively close fast food options. Grocery near by.

Its a nice place to stay. They need to have staff working at night to deliver towels to the room instead of the guest having to go down to get them. Good Breakfast

Pros: Outstanding facilities, beautiful hotel, business area, pool, etc, room was amazing, bed extremely comfortable. Awesome desk staff!

Cons: bathroom could be cleaner. Tub is a little small. Housekeeping badgered me twice in the morning. Little pricey but I think you could negotiate.

I attended an event in one of the banquet rooms and it was very nice. It was catered by the hotel and the food was excellent. My only complaint was temperature. It was freezing cold and everyone thought so.
