Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. They didn't have an extra blanket which was odd, but we managed without it. Mattresses weren't great and the pillows were cotton balls..pretty standard stuff.

Surprisingly large room. Nice breakfast with vegan options like fruit and oatmeal. I recommend asking for a room that's not facing the road. It's not too bad, but there's some traffic noise in the morning.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I could hear loud guests in the middle of the night so bring ear plugs. The pool looked pretty filthy too.

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was polite and professional. The rooms were nice and cold. Definitely a plus when it comes to that Texas heat.

This is a very nice hotel on the outskirts of Mansfield Texas. I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator or microwave, but I had not requested one i n advance. I did find out later on that they will be added soon as part of a renovation. Our beds were very good this time around, and the breakfast was pretty substantial, though I was surprised there were no boiled eggs. Will definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean and modestly appointed. The one drawback that I would point out is the single desk and chair, as the rooms have no furnishings beyond the bed, desk, and dresser. I would have preferred to have at least an armchair or love seat so I could sit somewhere besides the bed or the desk.

The location is right along the which way, which means there is a constant drone of traffic day in and day out. You may grow accustomed to it, but there is little in the way of nice views to be had.

That said, there is a nice assortment of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area.

All in all, it's a decent place to stay if you are traveling solo.

This Hampton needs an update. It's starting to show signs of wear and tear. Some unusual smells from our room (135). Breakfast could have been better, but was not bad. Friendly day and night staff, no real problems, but hotel could use a makeover. Bedside USB charging ports were a plus and we love that breakfast is included at Hampton Inn.

I debated on giving it 4 stars because they raised the prices of the rooms so much since there were kids baseball tournaments that weekend and the pictures show a hot tub, but there wasn't one. Also, there were kids running through the halls (in front of the front desk where the associates were), making a bunch of noise and it took a couple of hours and many complaints to get them to stop. Our room was clean and huge, our beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very good, the pool was somewhat warm so it wasn't too cold and the fitness center was pretty well equipped and open until midnight. The other complaints about the curtains letting too much light in wasn't accurate for our case. The curtains have a thick, plastic curtain behind them to keep light out, which it did a fantastic job of. Wonderful hotel to stay at and the staff was pretty friendly too.
