The service provided was terrible. Did not have a coffee glass to brew coffee, no refrigerator or anything similar. I only had one towel for two people. Pool was not heated and should be on the other side of hotel instead of walking through the lobby. older guy bartender was very rude and sarcastic and drinks were terrible. I will not recommend or return again. I shouldnt have spent my money to be treated poorly with every aspect of it all. *thumbs down
Overall this is a nice property. The front desk staff was great. Upon check in the clerk saw she could save me 30 dollars by giving me a different rate which was nice. Rooms are a little on the small side but otherwise nice and clean. The snack shop on site is overpriced. Would be nice if some type of breakfast was included. Even just muffins. I am sure travelers would enyoy. But if you need to be close to the airport and want to save on parking this is your best bet. Would only give it 3 stars but the staff make up that 4th star

Overall very good experience. The restaurant was good, all service (front desk, wait staff, airport shuttle) was friendly and excellent, 24 hour cafe/shop was nice. However, docking a star because I found a stray Tylenol caplet just under the corner of one of the beds. I'm glad that my 2 year old didn't find it first and that it wasn't a more dangerous substance. Still, the room should have been more thoroughly vacuumed. Everything else was great.
Great place to get away from it all for a weekend. Staff is very confidential and the room service is such a delight. I've stayed multiple times over the past few months and each time is better than the last. I have taken many more "vacations" lately and am loving it.
I was only there for about 6 hours, getting in late and waking early for a 6AM flight. We didn't have to set up a shuttle at all, but there was one waiting (though the airport is close enough to walk in a few minutes even without the shuttle). They had a bed, comfy pillows, and soap in the shower. What else does one need?

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and very imformative about what the hotel offered. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable and was an overall great experience. Only drawback was the airport shuttle did not drop us off at the ticketing level. They went to the pick up slot and forced a long walk with heavy bags. Over all good experience. Management needs to look into the drop off locale being changed, as the walk was difficult with multiple heavy bags

Nice hotel in a very convenient location next to the airport. The room was clean and spacious with modern decor. I was also impressed with the hotel staff-everyone was kind and exceptionally helpful!
Currently staying here and the front desk associate (forgot name) was very respectful and genuinely cared about the guests. The decor is modern and gorgeous as well. Highly recommend!
Fantastic hotel. The general concensus is that airport hotels are 80% convenience 20% luxury but that really isn't felt here. The lobby open into a super nicely decorated and open area. You're met by fantastic staff members who literally give you the lay of the land. The rooms are a bit on the small side but not uncomfortably small , I'd say " Cozy " due to their intelligent furniture placement and decorative art in the rooms. Now what really got me was the pool/gym area. I went down there at 6 am so it was still dark. As you walk towards it you see palm trees , grass and flowers so I got the daunting idea that I had to walk outside in the cold to get to the gym. NOPE. They decorated the indoor pool area to look like a tropical island ! Hilarious! I loved that small detail as it makes Cleveland feel warm. The gym was just above average with 3 treadmills , 3 elliptical, 3 bikes ( all standard with TV , they even put the TV Guide on the machine so you don't have to search.. awesome touch ), free weights , 1 weight machine and plenty of room to spread. I just wish they provided free headphones as I forgot mine at home but not a biggie. Also , notice in the reviews that the manager is going out of their way to respond to all the reviews!! You dont see that kind of dedication to customer service very often! Overall fantastic hotel might be on my top 5 list for airport hotels!.
Our room was fantastic - we somehow got upgraded? Beautiful view. The staff was helpful as well, and glad to assist with all of us here for ConCoction. Beds = super comfy and the pool is a perfect temperature!
The room was clean and nice. The shower water pressure was too strong and could not be adjusted. The water stinged my skin, it was so strong. I suppose it's better than no pressure, but it made showering daunting. The staff was 50/50. Some were so friendly and helpful and some were downright rude. I'd stay again in a pinch, but not if i had a choice.
Room was incredibly dated. Damage to door, paint and furniture. Needs updating. Staff was friendly. Ordered a salad from the restaurant and the greens tasted like dirt and the chicken was hard. It's possible that the salad was well beyond its expiration. Waited over 5 minutes for assistance. I had to walk to the back kitchen area and ask the socializing staff for assistance. I will be asking my corporate travel for alternate accommodations until the property is updated.
