Room spotless. Fairly new hotel. Restaurant downstairs was very reasonably priced and food was excellent. Ms. Tiffany was chef and server. Wonderful personality! EXCELLENT CHEF too!! Very quiet room also. HIGHLY recommend a stay here be it long or short. This was New Year's weekend and even tho interstate traffic was a nightmare, this hotel was easy to find and very quiet up on the hill.
The Hilton Gardens Inn was very clean. The staff was fabulous! They went over and beyond what was expected of them! The one down fall is the bed felt like a bag of rocks that was sunkin. Non of us slept because of this! Other than that the stay was very pleasant!
This was the worst experience that I have ever had with the Hilton. Me and my family are on vacation and we stopped in at about 12:30 at night to get 2 rooms. Their room cost 130 for two queen beds, but mine was 184 for one king size bed. This is outrageously expensive. The only difference between the two rooms is one was a king and the other was a double queen. They aren’t even suits. I stayed on a 50 acre resort in Orlando for only 10$ more a night. I asked the guy at the front desk if he had anything cheaper and he stated “that they have no more rooms. So after they robbed me, I was settling into my room and I happened to look online and the price dropped 30 dollars after I checked in. Not 25 minutes after checking in I heard some loud talking outside my room. I peeked out the door to see 4 cops on my floor pulling people out of their room. For an almost 4 star hotel I should never feel unsafe, or worried. They don’t even deserve one star but I have to give it to them tonbe able to post this .This was a horrible experience and I will be calling corporate.
I suppose it’s unreasonable to expect to be able to turn the television on when you return home from work, but not at this Hilton. Their TV is on some satellite dish and someone has to stick a paper clip in the back of the TV to reset the TV each time you want to turn it on. When I went to check at around 8PM there was no one at the front desk. I started saying hello and a girl ran quickly out of the kitchen with her mouth full. Apparently, she was taking a break. She scanned my room card and the only thing I wanted to use at this Hilton was the gym. I guess it was unreasonable to expect the key to work there as well. When I complained about the level of service and competency I received I was aggressively and rudely asked to leave. (They kept my money) I’m sorry my expectations were too lofty for them to meet, but unless you want things their way pass on this hotel.
Very nice place to stay. Very clean and courteous ppl. There is a very nice lady that works the dining room her name is Lisa, she's just the best! Friendly & so much humor.
Jose at the front desk is amazing. Went above and beyond in service. People like Jose are so hard to meet in today's world. He showed he really enjoyed the work he did and held a great deal of knowledge.
All this really mattered after being on the road all day and trying to find a hotel that was not already booked.
I wish there were people like Jose working every where.
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. The last two days there the free breakfast wasn't good. The breakfast isn't free the rooms cost enough, but I ordered an omelette. The previous day's it was fine, but on July 2nd and 3rd the chef must have been different. First of all you are suppose to whipped the eggs, the yellow and whites should be visible and separate. I figured the chef was having a bad day. On the 3rd of July my checkout out day the omelette was two eggs just cracked in the skillet burned and folded over and I was served this. That why I rated the Hilton a four. Please don't let that uncaring cook fill in again. I say uncaring, because anyone who cooks as a career would not serve food that they know isn't right. Thank you and I still love the Hilton Garden Inns. One bad apple didn't spoil my trip or opinion. Just thought you should know if you have a staff member who isn't living up to your standards.
Excellent family hotel! Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast service!
Super friendly staff Rooms very clean soft beds would recommend to everyone to stay here pool is awesome indoor that connects to outdoor but there isnt no tanning that building blocks the sun but still recommend. And a FYI Breakfast is not free $10 a person and also I would recommend putting out the do not disturb sign housekeeping was banging on door at 8am to make beds I was very upset about that check out isn't till noon. And there isn't enough pillows they are so soft no support I woke up with a bad headache in middle of night after all the tossing and turning.
Absolutely beautiful hotel with stunning decor. Excellent Staff at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Room rates were a little bit high but worth it for the extra amenities like all day fresh coffee, glass of wine at night and fresh cookies. Then add 24 hour pantry for late night snack. The restaurant was very reasonably priced, food was excellent. The room was beautiful and spotless Sheets were super soft, extra large bath towels. The hotel seems more like 5 star definitely not a 3.
Convenient locationjust off I-75. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Many restaurants nearby. Very nice.
Hotel itself is great. Comfortable room, bed and restroom. All properly clean. I jus didn't like breakfast option to order things to kitchen like omelette, bacon, waffles and so on.
