Ok - under construction and inconvenient. Staff was pleasant and allowed us to move. I felt like they should have informed us of construction or compensated us for the inconvenience

It was a really nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The beds weren't decently comfortable. A nice variety for breakfast

Where do I begin? Maybe at the beginning with the automatic doors sounding like a freight train. Each time entered the lobby no one acknowledged me, no one. The business center is just a place to read, because since the computer is broken (hand written note states Does Not Work) all you can do is sit down. Next, the elevator/sauna is a cool 90 degrees. Finally the room, it smelled like mildew, the bed smelled, the TV sounds like something out of The Poltergeist, the toilet ran constantly, the door handle to the bathroom was broken, the bed skirt was torn, the shower had hair from the previous guest, the faucet was broken. Overall this was a horrible stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for the homeless.

No hot breakfast. Waffle syrup no Waffle maker, when asked employee stated there isn't one. TV needed fixed. A/C didn't work for about 3 hours. No ice in any ice makers. The soda machine on third floor didn't work. Our family does a lot of travelling with baseball and we will not go back.

The location is great, the bed is really comfortable and the room is large. The bathroom needs improvement! The bathtub was really full of mold and mildew. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years!! I did not touch the walls of the bathtub and the hair dryer looked as if it was ripped from the wall. Was woken up at 8am by loud guest from lobby, we are on the 2nd floor, called the front desk to let them know. The noise did not stop until 930am. I was not happy. The breakfast was great we did not go down there until 940am, so the woman made me some fresh eggs. The breakfast selection was great they had a large selection. Would stay here again with a room away from the the lobby and I would check the bathroom before unpacking my stuff to check for cleanliness.
