Had some unexpected issues with house keeping but staff did everything to make sure everything was right. The manager cleaned our rooms personally and made sure we were happy. Nice rooms, no complaints well worth the money

It was clean. Not horrible. But had to go ask for dishes and silverware even coffee pot. Kinda annoying having to go back and forth. We stayed here because we could bring our little dog. Breakfast is not a hot breakfast. All and all would stay here again though.

The hotel is great. Great service. Nice and clean. My room had a perfect view of the Kennesaw State University football stadium. So even got to watch football out the window. Also the receptionist is pretty cute. And I really like how there are kitchens included in the rooms. The beds are very comfortable and well kept. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

If we are in the area we choose here because it comes with a kitchen and all of the pots and utensils you may need for the evening. If you pay in cash there is $100 deposit which I'm not comfortable with but you get it back at check out.

I was only staying overnight, but this would be a good option for someone who needs a bit longer. It was nice to have a real kitchen, and the closet was much more functional than normal hotels. I was not a fan of the lighting (very harsh white light) and the kitchen area smelled like top ramen. There was a receipt ( that didn't look like it went through a washer) in the bed, and there were some pink smears on the bedding that look like lipstick. I probably wouldn't pick this place again, as I do wonder about their cleaning practices. I didn't call the lobby to have the bedding replaced as it was late and I had to sleep, so I cannot comment on their service in this way ( and they didn't get a chance to fix it). I'm not really a germaphobe, but I have stayed in hotels at a comparable price without this kind of problem.

At 11 pm on my second night at hotel security knocked on my door saying there was a complaint of cigarette smell possibly coming from my room. I called front desk and had them come into my room to prove I was not smoking. The clerk did not smell any smoke but said I could have sprayed something to cover the smell. I was Furious. I chose to pack my suitcase and leave. By this time it was 11:45 pm and I was a woman traveling ALONE. Never again will I stay at Extended Stay

Very quiet place, safe and the mall is right around the corner. The rooms have a stove and refrigiator, kind of like a mini apartment. Good place for transition. Thought I'd share a picture of My famous Migraine Reliever smoothie. You can go to the grocery store not too far from Extended stay and buy all the ingredients. Make one on your room if you like 😉
