The hotel is located very conveniently to I 75, shops, and restaurants. The staff were courteous, and the room was clean and comfortable. The TV in our room didn't work, but that was the only negative.

Adrianna at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was attentive and sweet. The room was clean and quiet. A colleague and I stayed to go to the Owl-o-ween festival nearby and we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the Hampton Inn Atlanta town center/Kennesaw was well thought out. It's surrounded by restaurants and common shops. The grounds are well kept. The interior of the Inn is comfortably furnished. The rooms are more spacious than their competitors and also clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows could be a little thicker. The staff are polite, welcoming and well versed in southern hospitality. The hiring managers and trainers have done an outstanding job in bringing in the right people! I would like to say a special thanks to Quincy, Elizabeth, Edna and Sara for going above and beyond to make certain that our stay was enjoyable. Keep up the fantastic work!

Everyone is so nice. I wish the tv had more stations; mostly they are lib stations and sports. More parking spaces at the front would be nice. Wonderful place to get away.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this location. Was immediately impressed on the cleanliness and the friendliness of the desk employee. Sorry that I did not get her name. The room was immaculate and just the right size for our overnight stay. I can say enough about the comfort of the bed, but it was as comfortable as any I have ever been in. Nice TV, great picture, closed caption was perfect(hearing problem). The breakfast at 0600 the next morning was absolutely delicious for such a small yet efficient area. Was never crowded thru the morning. Food was fresh, and many selections, from eggs/sausage/potatoes/oatmeal,cereal,muffins,fruit, etc.

As I am heading home, (evacuating FL) had been on the road in traffic for hours. I was exhausted I called doubting availability, I was greeted by the most positive upbeat person! That there was availability, and she was able to accommodate my horse trailer and truck with on site parking! Sabrina is a 10 star personality! Not just with me, but with everyone! Several others checking in behind me!
My room is clean and just as cheerful and positive as Sabrina! I will be back! Anytime I am in the area!response / report this review -

Let me say anytime you're not sure of where you want to stay, always pick Hampton Inn, their rooms are always clean and customer service will always make you feel at home.
