Run down roach motel! FILTHY Dirty!-
housekeeper asked me, "What you want, this is NO!!!! STAR hotel!"

Stray cats roam around outside, Management doesn't seem to mind drugs being sold from rooms.

We checked in with service animals, management and "courtesy officer" picked on us from our first to last day. We were accused of not cleaning after them (there would have been massive poo piles of I hadn't) the housekeeper tried to say we had 3 instead of 2, she also accused one of our dogs of jumping on her when in reality, I was holding her on the bed and she never got down until after housekeeper left. I do not allow my dog to jump on anyone.

Manager needs some training in the how to be friendly and professional area! Very rude to myself and my sister and to other guests as well. Needs to learn how to speak respectfully to his staff in front of guests. Just period needs to learn how to be respectful and become respectable! Is rude to everyone!

Front desk girl cannot make a room key that works an entire week. She does not appear to be very bright.

Housekeeping is a JOKE! She "mops" the floor with a towel under her broom, squirts cleaning solution on floor then wipes with towel under her broomfloors are dirty and sticky. She cannot scrub a bath tub or toilet to save herselfshe's very! Rude! We were out of town for a few days ago we did a stow and go (as opposed to checking out, we were returning) only to discover that she took our bed spreads to be washed and told me to go get them in the office ----and to fill out a guest comment card saying how nice she was for doing this. On other occasions where we traveled away and returned I stripped our beds (to help her) so they could be changed only to return and find them untouched, bedding still on the floorshe raised her voice at us for asking they be changed! Don't ask for towels!!! This is also an opportunity for her to raise her voice to the guests. Most weeks our "weekly cleaning service" was the housekeeper gave us ONE garbage bag and ONE roll of cheap one ply toilet paper! She Is so loud her voice can be heard from the other end of the hall outside the door and she bangs on guest doors like she's invading! She is not a good cleaner, the rooms stink and I cleaned ours top to bottom while staying there ( we were searching for a place to live, we were relocating from out of state). The hotel has a problem keeping other housekeepers because of her.

Marijuana smell was in the halls everyday and night, management didn't care.

The only friendly staff here were the maintenance men who tried to make our stay better.

We tried to contract corporate but they do not return calls or emails.

For the price of the place, I can't really complain about it in any aspect. You get what you pay for. Im thankful to have a place to lay my head down after a long days worth of driving. *some people should count their blessings*

OMG ROACHES in the microwave and in the bathroom . The lobby is unattended most of the time ROACHES They decided to switch out their AC units while guest are in their rooms and did a horrible job at cleaning after themselves ROACHES Housekeeping doesn't really clean. Don't use the let out couch ROACHES .They gym is open till midnight but staff has to give u access and they close at 8 lol did I mention that they have mad ROACHES??

Great place in a great location. Staff was very accommodating, especially Adriana, who let us check in early. Room equipped with full fridge, stove top and contained a sofa bed which was a pleasant surprise. Nice flat screen TV, spacious bathroom, separate sitting area, kitchen area and sleeping area. Absolutely thrilled with our accomodations and will be staying awhile. Cannot beat this for the price!
