We DJ a Christmas party and ate dinner at the bar before we started, the food my wife and I ordered was delicious. However we did not stay overnight, so we did not see the rooms, but the part of the hotel we did see looked very clean and well maintained.

Location is good. But difficult to find if you are new to the area. Rooms are very good. The staff is kind however one of the ladies at the check in desk was rude.

Awesome customer service and a clean, well appointed property. We had a large group here for my daughter's wedding which was in the next town. I can not possibly say enough about the wonderful service we received at this hotel. They cheerfully accommodated all of our requests, and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding weekend went smoothly and that all of our needs were met. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, breakfast was delicious (well worth the $9.95!), and the staff is wonderful. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Service was excellent. The food, well the crab dip was wonderful, my cocktail was perfect, but the chicken Alfredo tasted sour. I lost my sweater and the desk check out person looked 3 different places and found it! I was so happy, I didn't get her name tho

Amazing service and crispy bacon!
I think this may have been the friendliest staff we have ever seen at a hotel. We interacted with the them often during the stay (requests like borrowing scissors or needing to hand over a pile of sopping wet towels- you know, the usual with little ones in tow) and every single staff member was fantastic and had a smile on his/her face. It got to a point where I was actually looking for someone- anyone who didn't look happy and I couldn't find one single person.
Also if you give the breakfast buffet a try I recommend the bacon. They make a ton and it is perfectly crispy. Yummy!response / report this review -

The friendly staff are five-star! We are from an hour away and were so pleasantly surprised by the staff's welcoming. They were helpful and accommodating. The food was great and we plan a return trip back to the Auburn area with another stop there for dinner! Worth checking out!

My wife and I only live a couple hours from Auburn. Absolutely no rhyme or reason as to ending up in Auburn lol. All the same this hotel kicked ass. Staff was outatanding. Room was super clean and presentation was well done. Yes, I was excited to see a microwave & decent mini fridge. We intend on going back, just due to our experience. Town is very nice and all. Good job folks.
(I travel a ton for my job & have stayed in some damn good hotels, subjective but I know my overnights)response / report this review
