Ambiance is wonderfully colonial. The hospitality is warm and the host is welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We will stay again.

BEWARE of the Unethical Non-Refundable Reservation Fee - if you make your reservation within 30 days of arriving, and any changes or cancellation occur, they will not refund your reservation fee. They don't disclose this when they are taking your reservation over the phone, but it is buried in their fine print on their website, so buyer beware. Save yourself the aggravation and stay at the Quality Inn or Hampton Inn across the street. This non-refundable reservation policy is unethical. It is not like people are beating down the door to stay at this place, just ridiculous.

Stayed one night for a college tour. Lovely, welcoming place. Had a fantastic breakfast and owners are very nice and hospitable. Would definitely recommend staying there!
