I didn't actually stay here I was just visiting my cousin who was staying there. But from what I saw of the hotel was nice. The entrance has the biggest revolving door I have ever seen. Her room was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here but do beware of fees for parking and resort plus a large deposit.
The beds and the pillows were very comfortable for us. The room was a little older, but seemed clean. We used a noise machine, but it was very quiet. We did not try the pool. The lobby was busy, but full of beautiful Christmas trees. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The staff was all friendly and helpful that we interacted with. We kept the Do Not Disturb sign out for our 2 nights, so we never had maid service. Close enough to Disneyland to walk (15-20 min) or use the Toy Story shuttle (parking lot across Harbor - 6-9 min walk) for free. Self parking was just a little bit difficult (just took 15 minutes to find a spot) and was $16/night with in/out privileges.
I am disabled and traveled with a power chair. Everyone was extremely helpful. The rooms are nice. Bar area in lobby is always very busy. Conveniently located a few blocks from Disneyland. Shuttles running constantly. Helpful getting around without having to drive.
Great stay. We were only there for two nights but we enjoyed it. The location is great, it's a very quick ride to Disneyland. We only ate at breakfast at the hotel but it was also very good. Plenty of variety to go with the staples. My only complaint is that the bed was harder than I prefer but to be fair I have a very nice bed at home that I'm accustomed to.
Had an amazing stay here. The staff was outstanding. I contacted the concierge before we came to ask if they could do something special since we were surprising my daughter with her first trip to Disneyland. Upon arrival there were pink sparkly Minnie ears that were soft velvet so perfect for all day wear by a four year old. A Minnie mouse stuffy and cookies. Besides that, it's a beautiful hotel on the inside, short distance to the park, and the breakfast is perfect.
My friends and I stayed at this Hilton recently and had a very nice visit. The rooms were clean and spacious, complete with a mini fridge in them, perfect for our morning snacks. The walk to Disneyland isn't too far, and it is a fairly easy walk. There is also a shuttle, which doesn't take too long, but it was $5.50 for a day pass. I understand it's only 5 dollars, but I think it would have been nice if it was free or if you got a voucher for a free day if you stayed at the hotel. At checkout, however, it was nice and convenient that they split up the cost of the room and were able to put it on different cards. That way we didn't have to worry about carrying cash. Overall, it was a nice, pleasant, and clean hotel weekend stay. I would recommend this hotel, especially if you are going to Disneyland!
Location was perfect. We were there for a fencing tournament which was held at the convention center. The Hilton was right next door to the convention center, all we had to do was walk out the door and we were there. There are several different fast food places in the hotel which made it convenient to pick up something to eat for the kids during their tournament. There was Sbarro California kitchen and some other chain restaurants. Additionally it is walking distance to multiple restaurants as well as Disneyland. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had dinner the last night in the restaurant in the hotel, I had the salmon and it was delicious. Overall very good experience.
Very nice hotel for a vacation. There are a few resturants within the hotel. Breakfast is not included and the breakfast at the hotel is expensive. Room service and customer service were both great. This hotel is close to the convention center and Disneyland. Great experience with this Hilton hotel.
The hotel was clean and fairly quiet while I was here. There were obviously families around, but the noise was never a problem. The rooms are a good size and well accommodated. I found the hotel within walking distance of Disney Land, though I wasn't traveling with kids. If they were with me, I'd be a little more worried about coming to back to the hotel if they needed time to rest. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here.
We arrived at the hotel early and front desk got us all set up. We were traveling with others who checked in later and when they did we had to go back to front desk. This was not a problem, they just needed to verify a couple of things. Front desk were awesome and very accommodating. I asked the concearire about something I had seen online (a treat in the room for my son) and they asked what room I was in and told me that was a special promotion only. We tried to go to the pool but it was closed due to a 'Bee infestation". The security told my son all about it and showed him the Bee keeper in the white suit. We left the hotel for the day and went out and about. When we came back we entered the room and there was a special treat for my son on the bed from Mickey Mouse!! It was a note a plate of cookies and a plush Mickey. The note was addressed to him. Awesome..he felt so special.
We went about our nightly activities and came back to the room. That evening just before the Disney fireworks the security invited my son to view the fireworks in a special room. He led us upstairs and there we watched.
Very nice and accommodating staff all around. Thank you
the hotel is adequate for a work stay. room is clean, but that's the only good thing I can offer. no complimentary water, bed is not comfortable, there's a sundeck just outside my window through which people can peer into my room, etc. also, check-in took me almost 45 minutes. on top of all that, the room rate appears to be 3x the typical rate, due to the conference I'm attending. is there really a need to gouge us to that extent?
very nice and accommodating. Buffet at the Mix fantastic. The room that we were given was a disappointment. The carpet was so dirty that we made sure not to walk in our barefeet. We noticed dust everywhere. Bathrooms very small, and old fashioned. I think the room might not gave been used in awhile. I was really hoping to enjoy my stay .
I recently stayed at the Hilton Anaheim and it was a very pleasant experience. The only complaint I would have is that the guest check-in took quite awhile. There was a very long line when I went to check into my room at 10:00pm. The staff at this hotel is very pleasant and the room was very clean. I was grateful to see we got the tenth floor because it is the quiet floor.
Very conveniently located to everything. Rooms are a good size and are comfortable. Lobby area has lots of great spaces to work and most have power outlets. WiFi and cellular service is terrible. Hilton charges to use the fitness center. $14 pd if you are not a honors member $9 for blue and free if silver or better. This was disappointing since it's a nice facility. Other stuffsmall pool, refrigerator in room, no microwave but they will happily charged you for one plus put a ridiculous deposit that would buy 5 microwaves if you break it. Staff very friendly. We had food trucks outside but not sure if that always happens.
This hotel is fantastic. the staff is wonderful and friendly, and the accommodation a spectacular. we ate breakfast in the on site restaurant and I have to say it is probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. everything was fresh and very good. the hotel and rooms are very modern and chic. everything is clean and very beautiful. Mayra one of the hostesses at the restaurant was extremely helpful. I needed Mike for my son and she was more than happy to help me! if I had one complaint it would be that the beds are a little hard.
