Fantastic experience in car buying. These cars are fully loaded for the price of a basic vehicle. Factoring 10 year engine and drivetrain warranty is very hard to beat. I have taken more time at the grocery than it takes to buy a car at Herrnstein. They take a lot of the dread out of buying a new vehicle. I would say it was car buying at its finest, five stars for everyone particularly my sales person Mr Ackley and the finance manager for his speed and professionalism.

Bought an Ioniq. GREAT Car. Came back a few weeks and bought a used Accent. ALSO a Great Car and a Square Deal! South Korea is an Economic Might making Excellent cars and all kinds of other products these days. Foreign? The Ioniq, Yes. But the Accent? Made by American Workers in Montgomery, Alabama! As Consumers, we want Reliable, Safe cars at a Reasonable Price, as an Expectation, and that's EXACTLY what Hyundai delivers! "Government Motors" I'm Certain: Will never Wake Up and Smell the Kimchi.

Had an awesome experience here the passed couple of days, Loren and Keith were fantastic! They worked with my father in-law during a difficult situation and helped him to find the silver lining! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go here and ask for Loren! Thank you guys!

I had a 1:20 appt. today. To have my dangling taillight looked at. Was informed it needed to be replaced. They not only had the part in stock!!!!! I had a 2:15 appt. In chillicothe, they understood, replaced light and I made my appt.THANKYOU TO THE TEAM ! You made my day today.

Sold us a 2013 limited edition Elantra. In the one year we have owned it it has been service by them 3 times because of issues. they still haven't fixed the problem. said go somewhere else. They sold us a car with electrical issues. DONT GO THERE! rip you off and don't help you ot

I use one company for most of my financial needs - insurance, banking, loans etc. I do this because their customer service is stellar, so when it was time for me to buy a car I used my bank's car buying service. I figured any auto dealer my bank approved of could be trusted to provide equally stellar service and in Herrnstein Hyundai I was not disappointed. I spoke to Faith on a Friday morning and drove my new car home that very night! We were met at the door as soon as we came in and got down to business immediately; all the paperwork was streamlined and easy to understand and my car was exactly what I expected it to be, Even my insurance company was impressed with Faith when they shared information to add this car to my policy.
