Keith was an exceptional salesman. His approach made me comfortable in making a decision. Keith is down to earth, friendly, easy to talk with and ask questions, unlike some others that I have dealt with over the years who are pushy and arrogant. My sister was with me the day I purchased my Compass and returned a few days later to buy her Cherokee from Keith. I trust a man in a pullover fleece vs a leather jacket any day! 👍 🤗

This was an exceptional car buying experience. We were greeted quickly and helped almost immediately. All of the staff and especially our sales rep (Rob) and GM (Mike) were wonderful. We drove from CT to this dealership as it was recommended highly from a friend of ours and we were truly blown away with the whole process. It was worth the trip. They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. I would highly recommend this dealership and will come back for all of my future car purchases.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Herb Chambers in Millbury. I had looked on line at their inventory, had an idea of what vehicles we wanted to look at and the payment we could afford. Keith greeted us and helped us out. He was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, most important he was not pushy. He answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive, and worked very hard with his supervisor to get us the car we liked at the payment we needed. We then met with Natalie in financing. This is usually stressful because of all the paperwork. She explained everything, we talked, we laughed, she made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend them, when you are ready to buy a vehicle.

My Son was purchasing a car. I went along for the ride. He found the vehicle online. It was by far the most competitively priced vehicle online within a 75 mile radius for the year, miles, make, model, options and condition. It was and is an incredible value. We drove 1+ hour after work to see the vehicle in the dark and rain. Long story short we purchased the vehicle that evening. Nelly, Sean, David & Luis were exceptional. They were helpful, knowledgeable, gave us as much time and as much space as we needed. They kept the dealership open for hours after it was scheduled to close to help us. It was an incredible buying experience. I will buy from them again. I will recommend them to family and friends. I couldn't be happier with the buying experience that I had at Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep of Millbury. I bought my first Jeep here 10 years ago and decided to come back for my upgrade. From the moment I got on the lot Nelly was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable from the test drive, through the paperwork and was efficient in following up with when I could pick up the car and made the registration and sticker process so simple for me (I didn't have to do anything), he took care of it all. David, the business manager, really seemed to have my best interest in mind when we spoke of all the financial details, I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want or wasn't comfortable with but he carefully explained all of my options and he was sure I had exactly what I wanted/needed. I am so happy with the whole process and would suggest anyone looking to buy a car go see Nelly & David.

I had an excellent experience at Herb Chambers Jeep. Doug, Kevin, Keith and Natalie were all very helpful, polite and respectful. They were not in the least pushy or sleazy in any way. This was my first time buying a vehicle in 14 years and I was more than a bit apprehensive. They walked me through the process, explained everything clearly, got a better loan rate than my bank was offering, and handled everything quickly. It helped that I knew which Jeep I wanted to buy. This is my 3rd Jeep and I love it, as well as the first two. Unfortunately, the dealer that I bought the first 2 from is no longer in sales, so this is the first time buying from Herb Chambers, but I am very satisfied.

My salesman, Joe, was the best. He knew exactly which vehicle would be perfect for me. Although there were issues with the 125 point check on my certified pre-owned vehicle, Joe made the extra effort to make sure my issues were resolved. He even checked on the progress on his day off. When the registration was delayed a day, due to an issue with the runner, Joe delivered my vehicle to me at work. If everyone was as good as Joe, I would have given 5 stars. Because of the initial issues with the 125 point check and the issue with the runner, I settled on 4 stars.

We went to Herb Chambers in Millbury because we knew that Jeep Wranglers were a good choice in terms of dependability, fun in the sun and snow, and will hold it's value. We were surprised by the willingness by Mike Nicoletti to accept our trade in based on our good word and our excellent credit. He and Nellie, sincerely wanted to help us out of a poor choice that was made in car buying a few years ago. We were able to purchase a jeep that will work for us financially and there was not any game play in what the cost was. Mike's original offer stayed true and we were comfortable with our monthly payment and purchase. We feel that we can continue to reach out to Mike and Nellie (who was very dependable and communicative via email and phone calls) if we have any questions or problems. We will also bring the jeep there for it's maintenance. We highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mike and Nellie. Moreen and Paul

Fantastic buying experience. Shawn, our salesman, actually LISTENED to my wife (it was her new car) and was patient with us as we sat in a number of different models. When we finally found the Patriot we wanted, the sales MGR worked with us and got us the best rate for financing. We would recommend that ANYONE considering a new vehicle purchase go here -- first.

Went to Herb Chambers on a complete whim to look at a SUV. After the sales person Kyle went to great lengths to find out exactly what kind of vehicle my wife were looking for he took us on multiple test drives. Was never pushing us on what car to take. Kyle was very nice explaining everything to my wife and I every step of the way. This is the second time we have bought a vehicle from this dealership. And we will continue to return to this place !

3rd time here for service. Over 3 hr wait each time. Time to try another service dept! I call 6 days ago with the problem " engine light on" . I was given an "appt" for today. Can't wait to hear what they found.
Jeep is 2 years old. 18K miles. Anyone interested?

Great car buying experiencing. Dave made the experience so easy and fun. He helped me find the perfect grand Cherokee and walked me through everything. The first sales man I had that actually walked me through the features and knew the answer to all my questions. He really takes the time to study the cars. It was my first car purchase for my first job and he didn't try to screw me. He went over my payments and as a young person what would be best for me. Got under my price range first time, little bargaining. Was never pushy always asked what he could do for us to make the decision easier. Let me test drive the car multiple times. If you go to herb chambers ask for Dave. He is a great guy and works with the customer. I went to 4 other dealerships and always had an issue with the salesman because I was young, but Dave took me seriously and worked with me. Go see Dave!
