Got my new 2018 Tiguan here. Great experience overall.

Got my quote from internet and Gina reached out to me right away. Alex gave me a test drive and was very helpful through the whole process. The car is wonderful and the people are friendly.

What a great car buying experience !!
The upfront listed price for our 2017 GTI was the lowest when compared to all dealerships and they gave me a good value on my trade.

Alex was pleasant to work with, very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions.
He even offered to drop the new car home !

We had a great buying experience at Colonial VW, thanks to Sethhe was pleasant and fast! We thought we were stuck in our lease, but he helped us with the buyout process and got us a great price for our new vehicle. Very happy!

I was there today and was so upset about my service. I got an oil change and they got my car hand washed. When I came to it pick up, my car came out with a lot of scratches on the hood. I tried to get an explanation and what I got was that "my husband may wash the car and make the scatches without me knowing". I Do have a boyfriend but I Do live ALONE in my own apartment with my own parking lot. Nobody ever touched my car. I even washed my car at the water pressure wash service. How could there were so many scratches. I knew there were a few back drops of tree sap on the hood and they removed them. I told them that when they washed and removed the sap, they may have scratch the paint. And one guy came out saying they would take care of it, and took my car to buff it. I was not happy because throughout the conversation, I keep hearing "it's not our fault, and we have nothing to do with it, and that we are trying to make you happy. You can bring your car to the body shop to get examine." "Okay, how can I get it examines after you buffed it?" I asked. My car came out after buffing and the scratches still showed but look a little better. Again, it is not our fault, there was nothing else we can do for you, they said. I was so upset and didn't want to drive home trying to call for help. The guy named Jone came out and gave me the card. He said he talked to his boss and he will call me tomorrow to try to fix it for me, please drive home safely. All I need was a reasonable explanation and if could possibly an apology. But what I experienced was insulting, like I was the one at fault and trying to scam them. I don't want to waste my time for such things and hope they will keep their words and call me tomorrow.

Jason Garrett was an easy guy to work with, straightforward, kind, considerate and just an all around nice guy. The process was made simple, transparent and I appreciated his attention to detail, great questions and consideration for my time. This is the 3rd car I've gotten from them in the last 10 years and it is always an easy process. I'll be back to Colonial for my next car for sure.

I used to work there and until I retired. The Colonial Group is a great resource for purchasing your vehicle. I am a little biased because I did work there but we really took an interest in all of our customers needs. This is a great place if you're looking for a Volkswagen. I would highly recommend this store over other VW dealers that are closer to the Boston area. Well worth the drive out here.

I went into the dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted but that I wanted a Volkswagen. Dino, my salesman, informed me about all the specs on the different cars, pricing, etc. Not once did I feel pressure to choose. He was informative and patient and helped me decide on the Golf! I'm so excited about my new purchase and the fact that I'm sure I got a great deal. The dealership worked with me, and it really felt like Dino was on my side, working with my price range and even told me to call him with any questions that may come up. A surprisingly smooth purchase and comfortable experience

This is a great dealership to go to for a vehicle. I bought my first brand new car here, and had a great experience. My family has also purchased vehicles from here as well which is one of the reasons why I went here. My parents had Steve Suarez as a Sales Consultant, and recommend I go through him. I did and I see why they had recommended him as he is very easy to get along with and very helpful. If I had any questions on anything he was available, and responded promptly. This location did not have the specific vehicle I wanted on the lot, but they were able to get it for me within a few days. When I picked up my vehicle Steve went through everything with me about the vehicle so I was aware on how to use all the features before I left the dealership. I will also say the service department here is amazing! They are super friendly, and it is very easy to schedule appointments. I highly recommend Colonial.

I have been a long time VW owner and recently purchased a new car at Colonial. The experience was fantastic. Even better, the sales manager was the sales person on my first VW twelve years ago, (at a different dealer). I bought two cars from him then. I am very happy with Colonial, and have been every time I used them for service. I also had rain guards installed on my new car and needed to take a loaner because I was traveling before my car was available. The service and parts department were both great.

Colonial is the best place to buy and service your car.

I first received a quote from the online sales department. Once I had settled on a price I met with Steve Suarez at the dealership to do paperwork. He made the process very easy, and was very professional. I am very happy with my new car and I got a good price. I would recommend this vw dealer over others in the area

As far as buying a car goes, these guys made it easy. I worked with Mike and Jay. They knew their facts about the makes and models. They didn't jerk around too much during the negotiation and afterwards I was impressed with how streamlined the post purchase process was. Solid dealership.

Stephen was very down to earth during my transaction at Colonial Volkswagen. I was a first time car buyer and was very serious about not being put in a position that would cause me to lose out on a lot of money. Stephen was very understanding of my situation and was able to help me out by making it possible to buy the car I wanted. We were able to have a good conversation to lift some of my tension, which is great customer serious in my opinion. He was selling me a car, but did not act present himself as a hardcore salesman. I was very comfortable working with him.

I came in to check out a used 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback 6-speed in a nice shade of blue. It was my first choice to start off a potential long weekend of car shopping. Connor was very informative and provided a casual test drive experience, not pushing to talk price right away. After further discussion and reviewing the CarFax report, Jay joined in the conversation to negotiate price. They were reasonable and we were able to reach an agreement after some back and forth, which saved me from having to go to other dealers that day. Be an educated buyer and know what you want and you'll have a great experience!
