Fast, friendly and professional service from a wonderful staff. Thank you Dr. George and staff for the thorough exam and explanation of treatments. Happy to know I have a great vet in town for my squeaky-mamma!

If i could give less than a 1 star i would! My mom took our cat in to get groomed because he was so matted. Now keep in mind i did almost 80 percent of the work trimming the knots off of him, so i know how he reacted. Yes he is temperamental but i still was able to take a buzzer to him for quite a while. Anyways they didnt touch his stomach at all he still has knots everywhere, they did not give him a bath nor cut his nails. All of this is supposed to be done and they still charged my mother 45 dollars. No its is not alot of money but when they did nothing in all honesty my mother should not have paid at all. My cat looks horrid. The part that they did cut they did a horrible job. I work at a vet and they cut animals fur al day long i know how they should look. If anyone is looking for there animal to be groomed i suggest going to rascals pet grooming. They make sure there animals are washed and there nails are cut and dont try to screw there clients over like the vca vets groomer does. If i did not ask they would not have told us that he wasnt washed and his nails werent done.

Horrible vet has no bedside manners seemed as though he was afraid of my cat my cat has never shown dislike for anyone except him she was growling and snarling at him for simple routine visit this was in November 2016 wanted a 3 year rabies shot was given a 1 year shot. Needed her flea control so called.them and was told she has to be seen within 6 to 12 months for them to sell me her flea control so they looked it up and told me since it was over 6 months ago I would need to have her seen again which would have been 9 months and then again in November for her shots I was going to give them another chance to see if everyone involved was just having a bad day but after my call to them today I am finished with them.

Horrible place. Lost my paper work stating my dog had a heart worm test, and refused to sell me heartguard even though I had a receipt of them selling it to me previously from the same dog? So she gave me the option to spend another 70 for the test and then she'd sell me it acted like she didn't even care. Bad customer service, no respect.

Super caring staff, great 'bedside' manner, intelligent and compassionate. Dr Carlton and Dr George are really great guys, understanding of the needs of their patients. The support staff and administration are great, as well. Been frequenting this facility for over a decade now.

I want to follow up since it has been almost 6 months since my original appointment. This doctor did nothing for my cat, not even the proper exam that we pay for, he only took my cats temperature and hurt him in the process. I found out one month ago my kitty has been in renal failure. If this doctor would have done ANY type of test we would have caught this 6 months ago when the symptoms started this doctor is a shame and should not be allowed to work with animals. I could tell it agitated him that my appointment time was so late in the evening. Don't have evening hours if you don't want to accommodate evening appointments.
Please, for the sake of your animals, do not waste your time with this clinic.response / report this review -

Brought my cat in because he was sick for two days. I made a 7:30 appointment and they close at 8 which was a mistake. The examination lasted about 5 to 7 minutes.
All the doctor did was take my cats temperature and that is ALL he did.
I get a call this morning from the doctor saying in hindsight he should have taken my cats blood pressure to see if he has high blood pressure. I most certainly am not going to bring my cat up there again and especially pay another office visit fee. That is just ridiculous!
I think he should have given my cat the proper exam in the first place.
