I previously wrote a different review, but since Dr. "C" has called my number several times about the review, I decided to change it - in order to make it more generic so he wouldn't call me about it again.
Long before Dr "C" fired Linda, (who was the kindest person at that office)
I had decided to switch vets (over a year ago) and didn't how much I was missing until I changed to an amazing veterinarian .
Dr. "C" was the first vet I had ever used, and it was not an easy decision to change. However, I have learned that like choosing my own GP - the decision must be weighed carefully.
And for those all of us who loved Linda we wish her well.

I have to write and contradict any negative reviews on Google as this doctor and staff have always gone above and beyond for my "Jacob".
Jacob is my first pet and as a widow - my best companion and friend.
When I got Jacob - it was unexpected (long story) and after being concerned if he was healthy needed a vet ASAP. Other vets couldn't work him in for weeks, but Bayshore said have him there next morning and they saw him immediately. The woman on the front desk went overboard helping me with all my first time questions and even called and got me an appointment with a fabulous (and much needed) groomer right away!
As far as shot records - I have always been provided with all necessary paperwork and tags and have made it MY responsibility to safeguard them - in duplicate. When I did need a shot record forwarded to a pet sitting facility - Again, the wonderful woman in the front office did it immediately and with a smile.
By the way - Dr. C was great with all my wariness and smiled 3 months later when he saw how bonded Jacob and I had become - just as he had predicted.

We moved into the area a year ago and luckily found Dr. Carnathan and his staff. Our Standard Poodle tore his second ACL and required surgery (TTA). He had the procedure on the other leg a year earlier in Miami. Dr. C took Xrays, confirmed the diagnosis, and recommended the surgeon -- we couldn't be happier, and the results of the second surgery far surpassed the first. Dr. C has followed Dexter since then and provided excellent post-surgical advice and care. In addition to top notch skills, he is extremely personable and explains everything in a calm and understandable manner. We are very satisfied clients and recommend this office without hesitation.

Incredibly caring anthro thorough veterinarians. You can tell they are true animal lovers. Their staff is amazing also. Their prices are wonderful compared to many other veterinarians in the area.

A very pleasant experience. Our dog was experiencing gastrointestinal problems and he did some blood work, etc, came up with a solution and she is back to her old self. The office and doctor follow up to see how your pet is progressing. I like the idea of having one doctor that she sees on a regular basis rather than whatever vet is working that day. The entire staff is very great.

I was referred to this office by a friend after my three-year-old accidentally slammed our cat's tail in her bedroom door, requiring a partial amputation of her tail :( They got us in right away, took excellent care of her, and even called to check on her the following day. This is our new vet for sure!

I have been going to Bayshore Animal Hospital for 6 years. They have always taken care of my pups! Sadly, I had to put two family dogs down last year and Dr. Carnathan was so kind to write my family a card. They are so caring at this office and the Dr. Carnathan is so easy to understand through diagnosis and treatment. My family will continue to trust the care of our pups to this office for years to come. :)

I was referred to Bayshore Animal Hospital by my neighbor who claimed they have always taken great care of his cat. I am so glad I took his recommendation! The entire staff at Bayshore are friendly, funny, and accommodating. My dog gets extremely excited around new people and places, and they did not seem even slightly irritated, and treated my dog with love and care. I was in and out in 30 minutes after they found the cause for my dogs diarrhea and vomiting, and he is doing much better now.
