Was looking into trading my vehicle but due to an upside down loan I am I’m not able to do so.
I still wanted to know my options which is why I did a credit app with Honda.
Got a few calls back and talked with a few who were nice but my last call with Don
I’m gonna assume Don enjoys laughing at customers while giving bad news?
He literally laughed for about two minutes 🤷🏾♀️
I really wanted a Honda because I know they are reliable and easy to fix.
Since I was laughed at and not helped in the end I will take my business else where and do what is needed far as my loan and financing to trade in my vehicle or to get a new one.
Would give zero stars but the first people I spoke with were nice.response / report this review -

Went in for a service recall and left with a new car!!!! Ronnie Russell was awesome. Vehicle knowledge was impeccable,the first good car buying experience I've hadAnd i can't forget about Mr.Alex in finance real humble guy.And they called me back to tell me they could save me $100 on my original payment.That just doesn't happen anymore not in this society. Hendrick Honda great team

Since purchasing my 2013 vehicle in 2013 I've always came here for service it's convenient I can drop my car and walk to work. I went in less than 60 days ago for an oil change and NOW my oil light is back on AND I haven't reached the 3k mile mark, some of my fluids are close or fully DEPLETED and on the day of my service I said to the rep "this doesn't look topped off" he assured me it wasI have called THREE times leaving messages for a service manager and I could easily walk next door on my break but then others wouldn't be aware of the complete lack of customer appreciation and poor service they've provided to a loyal customer.

My husband and I have purchased our Honda Accords for the last 14 years from Hendrick Honda. The level of service and recognition for our loyalty is why we return each time. Sean McClane treats us with respect and understanding. On our most recent purchase we had the pleasure of working with Jess Johnson. Jess was easy to talk to and professional. Jess helped us with the navigation of the technology our new Honda has. Jess's services only improves an already great relationship we have with Hendrick Honda!

I cannot even stress how incredible of an experience my husband and I had with Hendrick Honda this past week/weekend. I first had the pleasure of working with Andrew Patteson, and from the get-go he was AMAZING. I mean truly the biggest joy to work with. Completely transparent, funny and informative. He knew our budget and worked with us in black and white figures so there was no confusion when we got to the finance office. What he told me THE FIRST DAY I'd pay, is to the penny what I paid. We had Ken as our salesman on the floor and he gave us every single bit of information on our car and made sure we left knowing everything we needed/wanted to know. The man even helped detail the car for us so we could get out of there sooner because it was a busy Saturday and the guys outback were a little swamped. I never felt pressured, I always felt in control and I left IN LOVE with my car. My husband and I will never take our business anywhere other than Hendrick Honda.

I had an excellent experience. Their standards are high compared to other places. My experience was dealing with their Collision Center.
Unfortunately my car could not be repaired but I have no complaints whatsoever. They were very professional and attentive. Service was fast and will definitely come back to deal with them or recommend to friends.
Very recommended.

My salesman STEVEN CARLTON was a great guy. He was very professional he really helped me out and worked with me the whole process. Everything was quick and efficient and he gave me a realistic outlook on everything. This was my first time purchasing a car and he made the whole experience a really good one. He gave me great advice being a first time buyer and was able to connect with me through that. He was super genuine I didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale I felt cared about as a person and felt that my concerns were important. Awesome guy great job Mr.Carlton

My experience at Hendrick Honda was very disappointing. My wife and I arrived early in the morning excited to buy our brand new 2017 CR-V! It was to be a happy occasion. Our experience was dampened by a sales manager that was patronizing and disrespectful, and an overly aggressive financing agent. Of course, they were just "doing their job." That being not making the best deal possible and trying to get as much of my money as they could. Their tactics made me feel like I was disrespected and not valued as a legitimate customer. We spent a very long time completing the agonizing process. The only bright spot was that we had a very friendly salesman. Manny was helpful for the most part, but he was also a willing accomplice to the overall scheme. By the time we left we were exhausted! In our case, it was nine hours later. Partly because we left the negotiating table after being insulted by a sucker "deal" to see if we would fall for it. After getting down to a more reasonable price, we were confronted with the high pressure shenanigans of Alex to abandon our prearranged financing and go with Hendrick's. Throughout the day we were left sitting for extensive periods of time wondering what was going on and not sure why everything was taking so long. My guess is that it was intentional. In the end, we left with a beautiful vehicle at a decent price. Most likely it was not the best we could have done. I'm sure that my review will probably only be read by a handful of people, and it is unlikely to dissuade future potential customers of Hendrick Honda. But, I hope this may be helpful to someone. At least be prepared for the onslaught. It is a concerted and finely orchestrated effort not to give you the best customer experience and deal, but to profit from your assumed lack of knowledge. I definitely wouldn't send a family member there. Next time I will try my luck somewhere else.

I have purchased several new cars in my life and never had this type of experience before. From the moment I entered the building the sales team was very professional and fantastic to work with. I could tell from the very beginning that they truly had my best interest at heart. Most dealerships I've worked with in the past, have only cared about how much money they could make off of me. Not once, did they ever make me feel that way. Working with the team at Hendrick Honda, was a tremendous experience. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend coming here. Other dealerships don't even come close to this staff. I will definitely be coming here again in the future.

I just bought a 2017 Honda CRV from Jess Johnson at Hendrick Honda. The car is awesome, but working with Jess made it a standout experience.
I was really dreading going into a dealer and the whole new car buying process in general. But about two years ago I got a recommendation from a friend who bought her car from Jess. I met her briefly for a test drive but wasn't ready to buy and she was respectful of my timeline. Fast forward to May of 2017. I was finally ready to trade in my old 2002 Accord. I scheduled an appointment with Jess one evening after work. She is a great listener, patient and answered all of questions - no matter how silly they seemed to me. She and her team presented a price I was very happy with. I was out of there in about an hour. The car I wanted was on back order so it was a couple weeks before it came in. The morning I went to pick up my car, all the paperwork was quick and I never felt like I was getting pressured. Jess spent a long time going through things with me and answering my questions.
All along the way communication was very clear, I felt heard and my time was respected. The whole team at Hendrick are true professionals. Jess made what I was dreading a truly pleasant and easy experience. Service is really the only thing that differentiates businesses anymore, so you really need to bring your A-game when you’re dealing with consumers. Ronnie Russell is AMAZING!!! I knew it would be a great experience while we were interacting via text message but he exceeded my expectations once I was in the office. He was extremely patience and informative, answering all 1000 of my questions. He listened to what I wanted, helped me make informed decisions and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want/need. If you're looking to make a purchase, I highly recommend you go see Ronnie at Hendricks Honda on South Blvd. By far THEE BEST car buying experience I've had in my adult life.

We loved our experience at Hendrick Honda South Blvd in Charlotte. RONNIE RUSSELL was a dream to work with. Honest, no-nonsense, and helpful! He gave us a great deal on our 2013 Civic and made sure our family left the lot with a reliable and affordable vehicle. I could not be happier. Thank you, Ronnie! We had the best car-buying experience possible when we visited Hendricks Honda of Charlotte yesterday! Not only did we find the car of our dreams, but the customer service we received was outstanding!
We had driven from out of town to visit Hendricks, as we had found our dream car in their inventory online. Our sales associate (Amanda Bender) was so sweet and very attentive to our every need. The car we loved had only been in their inventory for a couple days, so it had not yet been detailed. Amanda knew that we would have to drive another hour and a half if we had to leave the car to be detailed overnight, so she was sure to get it detailed for us so that it was in PERFECT condition before we left the dealership. We are so thankful for this extra care.
We also paid a very good price for our car and couldn't be happier with what we paid. I highly recommend Hendricks Honda!response / report this review -

I went to Honda because I had a previous Honda that I really liked and wow I was blown away by one person in particular. JESS JOHNSON was very insightful and knowledgeable about the car that I ended up getting and she was beyond helpful in reviewing everything about the car from inside to outside. I would personally recommend her to anyone that I met interested in buying a car. She was nice and a very awesome person to talk to during the whole process. If you go here, there is no doubt that she is the best person to ask about buying a new Honda vehicle and I promise that you will be very happy about your experience as much as I was.
