Dined here for lunch ; the menu and chefs are not apt to dietary restrictions. The lunch itself was very inexpensive, but the portions were small. The pasta is delicious.

The food was unique and excellent at Aria Tuscan Grill. The menu offered a good variety. The atmosphere was cosy and the restaurant is connected by interior walkway to much of downtown.

The food is extremely, extremely bland. Friends and I went to eat for a birthday celebration and the service was horrid. I would not recommend unless.

My mom, sister, and I just went here for restaurant week and had a very enjoyable dinner. The atmosphere is relaxing, the service was great, and the food was delicious. They offer a wide variety of choices for restaurant week unlike some other participating restaurants. We all got different appetizers, entrees, and desserts; we were very satisfied! The portions were smaller but we wouldn't have been able to eat anymore and we were going out elsewhere after that so we wouldn't have had anywhere to keep leftovers if we had them. So we liked the smaller portions, it was just the right amount for us!

Great restaurant to go to before a show at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. Bring your tickets and get a discount. Be sure to show your waiter or waitress so they take it off your tab as sometimes they don't ask. Get the house made pastas. They are absolutely delicious. For a date the dinner for two pasta is a great option. 3 different pastas let you get a sample of a little bit of everything.

I went with a group of 6 ladies for dinner before a concert. We were seated at the chef's table and Jennifer was our waitress. She was AWESOME and the food was Great! She asked if we were going to the concert and made a point of getting us out on time! Being at the chef's table, we got a free appetizer. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it! Be sure to ask for Jennifer as your server😊

One of the best restaurants in uptown. Only wish they would open on weekends for lunch. The price is very fair, the atmosphere is great, their bread is the best, staff is very nice and they even are part of Open Table which makes it easy to reserve a table. Not many restaurants in Charlotte are on Open Table.

We were here on a concert night and we could not get a table at 5 pm, (no reservation) however we were able to sit at the bar.

My experience at the bar from the service, food and ambiance was excellent.

Calamari was great and tasty. A nice unique flare to the spices and flavoring, it was good.

The Caesar salad was nice served with a real fresh anchovy, but only one..awesome.

The chicken cacciatore was great also though I do not like eating this dish with chicken on the bone. This dish is a specialty on their menu and only so many are available which confused us because the server had to check if there were any and yet we were one of the first in the restaurant, odd.

Any way, I enjoyed it all. The only downside to sitting at the bar was the gassy noise from a glass chiller they had at the bar.

Almost all drinks were manually placed on this machine that would instantly chill a glass. Was very distracting, interesting to watch but novelty wore off quick. Can't see this machine staying.

Even though we were turned away to be seated at a table, the entire time we had our meal only half the restaurant was full.

Mistral is one of those restaurants that never disappoints. We go to Mistral when we want to have a nice fancy meal and the quality and service are always consistent. The restaurant floor is lively and can be loud, but we always have a nice time.

It was an ok place, I thought it was going no to be more fancy but it wasn't. I got my wine served in a regular cup which was odd because everyone else had a wine glass they brought out cold bread with this nasty chick pea thing.. I mean just do olive oil like everyone else and they would be fine. We both had pasta but they were very small dishes my husband finished his in 4 bits. I would go grab something for lunch from there but I would go back for a nice dinner.. I expect more when I go out for a nice evening
