I had a double transplant on 8/20/15.
The staff there is wonderful! They were all so amazing! Dr Olufemi Akindipe, Dr Douglas Johnston, my transplant surgeon, all of the nurses, aides, right down to the cleaning staff.
Everyone was so very nice.
A wonderful nurse named Scott Nethery came to visit me every day and really made a difference. He was so kind and compassionate that I couldn’t help but feel better. Thank you so much Scott!

Cutting edge treatment and fantastic care. Brilliant minds. Hands down, best medical care I have ever hadand I'm oldI've been around! The health care professionals have superb bedside manner I continue to be amazed. They make sure I am an integral part of my wellness team. Imagine that! Compare that to other doctors you've had who talk over and through you, or straight into the computer, but rarely "to" you. As perverse as this may sound, I come to the Cleveland Clinic as often as I can. 🙂

This hospital put a colostomy bag on my husband the surgeon referred us to someone else who refuses to do the surgery and lies about being out of town! I'm going to file a lawsuit

Billing department is completely disorganized and a nightmare to work with. Just 1 office visit has taken multiple phone calls just so they can accept payment and every new person is making a new mistake. I just want to pay my bill and in cash mind you. They're just completely incompetent. I would recommend going to Mayo or John Hopkins instead to avoid this mess.

Absolutely amazing from when I first walked in the door to the end of my day of tests and appointments. CLE Clinic Foundation is nothing short of specular! Their entire staff, including welcome desk to the doctors office and even the lunch room, go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and help you through your time while at the clinic. I highly recommend The Cleveland Clinic Foundation to everyone!

J. Paul Singh, MD Great. I was so impressed with him. Very Very Knowledgeable. He took a lot of time with me. His staff were very nice, professional and caring. He was referred by my last Primary Dr. at Cleveland Clinic.

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS YOU CAN'T GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THESE DOCTORS. yOU HAVE TO GOT TO THEIR "WALK IN CLINIC". Terrible!!!

Doctors must learn the concept of empathy. If nobody teaches them what this magic word is, then they should study that by themselves. The majority of them act like robots with no passion and feelings. Medicine is not only a job but a vocation. I would suggest to study more History of medicine and Hippocratic practice.
