I usually have a pleasant stay with this company. But I checked in to find the room dirty. Dirty toliet, dirty mirrors, sticky nightstand & stepping on peanut shells. Call the front desk to report it. And to make sure it would be taken care of . Was out all the next day. Came back to the same mess. I cleaned most of it myself..mentioned it again when I checked out.
So not think I would go back
Requests not meet. Carpets are dirty. Sofa bed not made and there were ugly black stains on the mattress. They knew there were multiple people staying in the room, every other place I've stayed the sofa bed at least had sheets on it (if nothing else but to hide the stains! ).
The front desk staff was pleasant. The housekeeper was very nice and accommodating.
I might stay again
Decent looking hotel but not very bus friendly and staff was clueless about how to address the issue.
I pulled in but had to back out onto the street pull into the side parking lot and make a multipoint turn. And for the remainder of the trip I had to pull across the street and back into the lot. Had there been just one car parked in the way I would never have been able to maneuver here. And it's a good thing I made sure to leave myself an out because the next morning there were 3 cars wedged behind my bus.
Other hotels I have been in with limited parking have made efforts to accommodate the bus. Such as allowing me to park in an otherwise no parking spot, here I could have stayed in front of the entrance and would have been better off. They have also coned off spaces for me.
A little advice: When a customer books multiple room for a group, ask if they are coming by bus and make the necessary arrangements or at least advice the customer in advance so I can figure something out or we can go elsewhere.
I'm aware and understand that not all properties can accommodate large vehicles but it should be the management's responsibility to inform or advise the customer even if that means suggesting another hotel.
Great rooms, quiet, higher end have full kitchenette, fold out couch and sitting area, lots of mirrors and friendly staff. The grounds outside are beautiful, and only a few short minutes from any shopping you might need, or major highways. Basketball courts, hot tubs, gym, hot tub/pool, cheap 3x3 laundry, small snack shop and free breakfast every day, dinner two nights a week. Room keys are solid and last for weeks if need be. Deluxe beds and tons of pillows. One of my favorite places to stay.
Breakfast was pretty good. Stayed at this hotel to watch a Patriots game at Gillette Stadium. It's a pretty close hotel to the stadium so no complaints there. Our room was pretty spacious since we got a suite. Overall not a bad hotel to stay at.
My girlfriend and I had a lovely stay at Hawthorn Suites. The front desk staff was very professional, the room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The contenental breakfast was good too, they had a good variety, though I just ate bagels and a strawberry waffle. Everyone at breakfast seemed to be enjoying themselves and their food.
Stayed for a week. Pet friendly. Nice sized room w/ 2 windows that open, kitchenette, couch, tables, chairs, big closet, very comfortable bed & pillows, very quiet, great customer service, decent hot breakfast will definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay! Clean, great breakfast, nice staff, train station nearby.
Very friendly staff and good sized rooms. Staff let us stay and hangout in the lobby with our own drinks until very late at night. There is a pool which is open 24hrs. The continental breakfast was also good and had a lot to choose from.
Clean but a bit dated. Several of us stayed for 2 nights and all mentioned the similarities to The Shining. Not a bad stay though.
Stayed here with a wedding party. Room was nice and large, very comfortable. Had some cleaning issues with it when we checked in but hotel stage were quick to resolve.
Our suite with a fully-equipped kitchenette was large, clean and quiet; the bathroom was spotless. The staff , Matt and Ashley, were upbeat and helpful. We had a late dinner at Joe's -- a 5 min drive away. They serve a complimentary breakfast here, and last night, we could have had the free chili at the hotel, with the home-made chocolate chip cookies. All in all, a wonderful and affordable resting spot.
