A hidden gem is the Atlantic Sports Club. They have an indoor heated, saltwater pool that is glass enclosed. On warm days, the glass roof rolls back and the doors open to the patio they overlooks the Charles River and Downtown Boston. Parking is free.
Best deal in town.
The hotel is beautiful, but the service is horrible. Front desk agents have no personality and don't seem to care much about the guests. It took over 5 phone calls to reach someone at the desk and after asking for some things to be delivered to our room, they only sent 1 of the items we asked for. The next night I was told to go to the front desk. At midnight. In my pajamas. There was a ton of black mold on our shower bar and the toilet wasn't fully clean. We didn't use the water park so I'm not sure about that part. I think next time we're in the area, we'll try a different hotel.
Affable friendly helpful staff easy to work in lobby environment. Massive pool tons of parking rooms nicely outfitted. Executive Lounge for Diamond members well appointed. Only complaint? Cold french fries.
My place of business recently held a 3 day conference here. This is a spacious hotel with clean conference rooms, a beautiful ballroom, and large social areas where you can gather. It also has a wonderful bar/lounge with attentive staff. I only wish the buffet items that were provided to us were a bit higher quality, hence the 4 out of 5 stars. All in all it was a fantastic venue.
The location is interesting to get to from Mass 1 and US95 and just as interesting when you are heading out. Rooms are pretty standard. I had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone on side table. Water pressure on the lower floors is almost too good. The tub fills with water add you shower. The staff is great. My room was always attended to.
Big fancy hotel that is much more worried about making their numbers look good than making things comfortable for their guests. I ordered delivery and when it arrived I was informed that the delivery guy was not allowed to come up to my room. I had to walk down and meet him in the lobby and then carry my food back upstairs. Shouldn't be a big deal but when I asked why, I was told it was for my security (I HATE when greedy companies try to use me as their reason for putting me out) they said that they don't want people walking around the hotel because if one of those people rob me, I will probably sue the hotel. I laughed and pointed out that I walked by them twice and no one asked me who I was or why I was here so why are they worried about the pizza guy? All three people behind the counter Shrugged their shoulders and said they don't know and they don't make the policy. True enough. The only answer that makes sense is they want to make it hard for you to get food delivered to your room so that you can pay ridiculous prices for low-quality food from their room service or the hotel in the restaurant. I have little use for hotels that put their profitability over my needs. I won't be staying here again.
The hotel, in general, had numerous and great facilities. Love how there was a checkout station for towels. In addition, pool was well-designed came with swimming lanes, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. Furthermore, service and staff were also excellent. There was even an arcade. Hotel room was great had HBO and other movie channels that were free to view, a spacious refrigerator and bathroom as well as several power outlets.
As a silver HH guest, I liked the fact that I could select and check in my room and use a digital key. I liked the pool and spa. Breakfast was good as well.
The bathroom is small and vents are disgusting. We booked king bed but they put us in double bed, and refused to switch room for us. Everything was okay, nothing impressive.
I booked the Double Tree for my wedding room block. Anthony Perez was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to emails and questions, even when there were a couple mix ups with the rooms. Anthony went out of his way to fix any problem and make sure that all of our guests were accommodated. The rooms themselves were very clean with comfortable beds and lots of space. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, at the front desk and at the bar. My one criticism would be that the restaurant food was only ok. The menu was limited and the food itself tasted a bit old. Seemed out of place for an otherwise fantastic hotel.
I came with friends and 3 children to go to Coco keys. The lazy river was closed in the morning. When it did open it was too shallow. The hot tub was too hot to sit in for more than 10 minutes. It would've been better if the outside section of the hot tub was available. The food is low quality junk and way overpriced. Otherwise though the rest of the park was nice and the kids had a great time. Not many slides available but it occupied the kids for hours and hours. It is extremely noisy in there. I'll probably look for a different indoor water park to try. But it was not terrible.
Service was good at the front desk, although our room wasn't ready, so we decided to pay a price difference for a room that was no different than the one we had originally booked. Only this room had no fridge and no microwave.
Service was horrible at the restaurant, starting with the fact that there was no hostess and then when he decided to show up, he seemed annoyed at the fact that we were standing there waiting since there was a "20-35" minute wait for a table.
The coco key park was OK, definitely not huge and may I mention it was very crowded
The rooms are tiny, and the cleaning of them wasn't great.
I will say my favorite part of the trip were just the chocolate chip cookies they give you at check in. (They were good!) and the food at the restaurant was good too.
I've always stayed with Hilton. But this definitely was not worth the price!
