Great views. Clean and modern rooms. Transit bus leading to trains to the airport and all Boston sights make it a great location too.

The view of the bay and Boston from my porch made the transit distance from downtown worthwhile. The staff were polite and helpful. The beds and pillows were clean, but not the highest quality - exactly appropriate for a quaint inn by the sea. I would definitely recommend the Inn at Crystal Cove as great value for the low price.

Nice hotel on waterfront with a nice view on Boston. Very clean with nice rooms. They do not serve breakfast but there is a kitchen available for guests well equipped if you want to prepare something by yourself. Perfect solution if you want to be close to Boston, in a quite place with a reasonable price.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Water pressure in the shower was fine. Late check in was a breeze. Quite, pretty neighborhood just a walk from the beach. The ONLY thing keeping my review from 5 stars is that my room had a very strong cat smell. No other evidence of cats being in the room, just a very distinct smell.

Lovely place to stay right outside downtown Boston. Nice rooms with kitchenette. Very helpful staff and great information provided for transportation and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here for a 3-day weekend visit. The location is very good, right across from the harbor. The views are spectacular at sunset. The rooms are small but they're clean and well serviced. I recommend this hotel.

Very reasonably priced for the area. Only stayed 1 night but would definitely want to stay here if I was staying several days since they have nice little kitchenettes. Our room wasn't very big but was clean and comfortable. The view is quite nice. The only negative is the small parking spaces. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a decent hotel. Nothing fancy, but reasonably capable and comfortable. I ended up with a handicapped accessible room so it had a bathroom that was probably different than most other rooms. The kitchenette in the room was nice and had everything we needed to make our own coffee in the morning before heading out. My main quibble is with the TV placement above one of the beds. And the hotel is near the flight path for Logan airport so if you're a light sleeper, keep that in mind.

Guy is a douche bag. Denied me service after I had already paid. Then said he was going to "refund me" which turned into him charging me twice. Still haven't figured anything out with the money.

UPDATE: it's been over a week and credit card company still doesn't know what to tell me. This dude denied us service then charged me twice.

Feels like sleeping in an apartment and less like a hotel. It is about 3 miles from the train station but I think there is a shuttle. The view of the bay and city is also a plus.

The room and the building was amazing. Everything was newly renovated so it looked really nice. Bathroom was very cute and bed was comfy. The view was spectacular. It was wonderful waking up and seeing the skyline across the harbor. Would recommend this place to anyone.
