Great location and great service. I spent the night with some friends after going out in Boston. The hotel is in walking distance to a number of good bars and restaurants.

My husband and I loved our stayed! Next time we are bringing the kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the rooms and full kitchen. The lobby is welcoming and comfortable and the courtyard was fun to hang out in talking with other travel friends. (Dec 2017)

Lovely hotel with large appartment style rooms that include a kitchen. The included breakfast is nice but doesn't have a large selection of items. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Granted I haven't stayed at a Residence Inn in over a decade, but this is not like any I've ever stayed at. The hotel has a great urban vibe as they kept many of the previous features (brick, beams, even old industrial doors). They combined this with beautiful contemporary modern design throughout. I was also impressed with an above average breakfast area, fun, friendly staff and the lobby is connected to a very cool coffeehouse. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come back to Boston.
My only complaint is that you can hear through the walls.response / report this review -

Great relatively quiet spot close to downtown and the airport. Some great eats within close walking distance. Rooms are Marriott standard with some extra character due to the historic nature of the building. Decent, if pedestrian, breakfast options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A well located hotel in a classical Boston building with a stylish touch. The room was very spacious, with lots of light. Nice large and comfortable bed and a good shower. Great price for the quality.

A beautiful hotel, in a so-so location with noise issues. The big issue with this hotel is that sound carries too easily throughout. Walls between rooms are paper thin, the airport is close - which is convenient, but also means you are having jets rattle the building all night long. So the aesthetic here is great, service good, great value with the breakfast and size of the rooms - but don't plan on geting much sleep here.

Great location, comfortable bed, close to everything, nice interior!
Rooms have pretty much cardboard walls, I could hear alarm of the guy next door at 5am. Then he would start talking on a phone and that pretty much killed my sleep every morning throughout my stay.response / report this review -

Lobby is inviting. Nice center courtyard with sitting area. Looks new inside. Rooms are modern and updated. Room had a full fridge and good cooking area. Would stay here if needed an extended stayresponse / report this review -

Cool digs right in Seaport. Stayed with the family for a week. Staff was crazy rapid with towels and pillows and such. Ask for a corner room. Totally decent.

One of the nicer Residence Ins I have stayed at. Has an industrial vibe in the lobby and such but the rooms are spacious and nice. The neighborhood is great as well, lots of places to go out to dinner and its a short walk to the convention center.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is modern open loft concept. Lobby area is very modern and trendy. Rooms have open ceilings with exposed rafters. Breakfast is included at no additional charge. There is also a coffee shop attached to the lobby area.

Excellent loft style hotel in an old converted warehouse. Love the look and feel of this place. Felt very comfortable here. Only downside is that it is easy to hear through the floors because they are made from original wooden beams. Ascetically pleasing to the eye and paired with an industrial-homey feel. I will definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly also.

I have finally found this and have been wanting to leave a review of my stay at this hotel since I left. I was there from 21 to 24 Oct. I have stayed in many Residence inn in my life and have always had a good/positive experience but this particular hotel has to be by far my best. The customer service was great and on point, I almost felt I was staying at a resort because nothing I asked for was denied and promptly serviced. A young lady m=named Emma is such a great representation of Marriott and Residence inn. Super helpful, Knowledgeable of the entire surrounding area. She even gave me a hand with my laundry. I was there on business but I definitely plan to come back there for a visit soon. This was also my first time in Boston. Very good stay. Thanks Emma
