Room smelled a bit like smoke. Noisy AC unit. Clean, but I've had much better Fairfield stays.

Good value hotel. Clean, friendly staff, and breakfast was good. Our room was next to the busy highway and it was noisy all night long. If you stay get a room on the other end away from the highway.

The indoor pool and pool area were both really cold. I wasn't expecting the temperature of bathwater, but wow! The restroom is also not in the pool area. You need to go across the hall and get everything wet in the way. The staff, however, was FANTASTIC. Extremely helpful and pleasant, and the room was very clean. One thing I'll do next time is request a higher room number. The lower the number (301, 202, etc), the closer you are to the highway, and you can DEFINITELY hear the road noise from the interstate very well.

The staff is what makes this place a 5 star experience! Everyone I have met is friendly and extremely helpful. I would like to give Saedondria special recognition though because she always remembers us, greets us like we are family and goes above and beyond to make us feel valued. I truly appreciate her kindness and generosity. (Forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly) The hotel itself is clean and kept as well as all the Mariott sister hotels in the area. We have stayed here quite a few times now during this fall. We did have an issue with an air conditioner once and was moved immediately and the maintenance guy was promptly in to fix the issue as we were moving rooms for the next guest. I wish there was a hot tub in the pool area and microwaves in the rooms but other than that the accommodations have been great. Hot breakfast has also been very nice and convenient. The area is constantly being cleaned and stocked throughout the breakfast service time.

Stayed in this hotel a week ago. Let me start from the beginning. First of all. I reserved my room directly from their site and requested a king bed. When I arrived at hotel to check-in, I was informed that even though I provided them my credit card for a Guaranteed stay, they told me they no longer had any king rooms and they gave all of those rooms away. Whatever. Walked into the room and it had a very foul odor!!! Couldn’t change rooms because according to the front desk, they were sold out and if I left I would still be charged. We had two full size beds, they were definitely not queens. The sheets were not even clean, how do I know? Because there was hair on the sheets when I pulled the comforter back. Housekeeper came the next morning and didn’t even clean the room. All she did was make the bed. Didn’t get the trash and even forgot to leave towels. I ALWAYS stay at Marriott properties but this was by far the worst experience. One positive thing I can say is that the front desk representative, Barbara, was very helpful!!

The Jacuzzi room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pillows and bed are dreamy comfortable. The nights sleep makes the Marriott consistently the best value

This will be the hotel my husband and I stay at whenever we visit Fort Worth! Joshua greeted us like we were long lost friends. He was a great friendly face to see as we left and came back from our adventures. The room was great and very clean! Bed was comfy! And location perfect for our travels. By the end of our trip it felt like we were leaving family.

If you like a child room at night do not stay here. I turned the air on 60 and wanted the unit to not turn off. Though it was on a continuous fan it constantly turned off. therefore I was hot all evening.

Staff was friendly and helpful, clean, comfy room, breakfast was great and fresh. Indoor pool is a bonus! Bathroom clean, but could use a little updating. Have stayed here before, will stay again! Thank you to the staff!
