The rooms were clean and Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was free and good. I really enjoyed my stay.

This place is pet friendly!!!!! Our cat got in the bed some how and thought he got out of room. Staff and lady at front desk help us look for him. Me and wife heard him meow from inside the bed. LoL!!! Scared my wife that he was gone. Thank you to the lady who works at front desk. She worked the night we ck'd in and the morning. She's a trooper. Thank you.

My husband and I go here. They are usually good. Recently we asked for a crib (As usual) and they made us pay 10 bucks for it. We asked why we had to pay for it this time and they said they charge as they please meaning they can charge you or not charge you if they want. We called corporate and they said cribs are free always especially for us because we are military. We never got our money back.

Had a wonderful stay @ Grand Prairie I-20..The Staff was friendly and very helpful.Our House Keeper, Mica did an excellent job.She took care of usWe had a problem with our door latching, I told the maintenance guy about it and he fixed it immediately..Very Comfortable Place to stay..Class Act..

Front Desk clerk was very informative and customer oriented. With a 100 lb German shepherd I never expected the positive attitude I received. It was as if my pet was another person. I'm hooked on a feeling, and that feeling is La Quinta.

We were fortunate enough to get a last minute room here and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly even while checking in during the middle of the night. The rooms were clean and looked very new. The lobby was being renovated. The breakfast was not amazing, but it was filling and there was fresh coffee. Overall it was a pretty satisfying stay.

Loved it here! Me and my niece stayed at the Grand Prairie South location and it was wonderful. So nice and clean. The WHOLE staff is friendly and professional especially Denise. She's awesome. I loved the fact that they are pet friendly. You won't be disappointed staying here. I recommend this place.

This hotel was really nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. Jimmy was friendly at the front desk. The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfy, they brought a roll away bed within 2 minutes of me calling and asking for one and the amenities are good. Breakfast is served from 7-10am and it was just a nice, light breakfast which is cool. They serve the usual: oj, apple juice, coffee, hot chocolate, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, and waffles. The decor of the hotel is nice from their renovations, the only thing I did notice is that there is a wet mildew smell in their carpet (in the hallway & room). The carpet in our room even felt a little damp. But i think it comes from them trying to keep their carpets clean since I read in other reviews that people can bring their pets. I mean and honestly if that's the case I recommend that the hotel changes that so they don't have to worry about that issue. Or at least have one side of the hotel for guests with pets and the other side for guests who do not have pets so they don't have to deal with the fallout of other people bringing theirs. Because no one wants to deal with fleas and wet pet smells (and if your pet doesn't apply to that then I'm not talking about you. Do NOT be offended, there are pet owners out there who shouldn't have a pet cause they don't know how to take care of them). Nonetheless, the hotel overall was really nice and I do recommend.

Rooms and lobby are exceptional for 2-star hotel. Clean facilities with nice staff and pool. No complaints and would recommend to friends.

The facility is undergoing renovation and the free breakfast is nothing to write home about. But the room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. The better-than-expected king bed added an extra star. I would stay there again.

Overall, my stay was really enjoyable. It was pretty convenient since we stayed for a concert at the Verizon Center not too far away. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We mostly kept to ourselves, but housekeeping and the people at the front lobby were friendly.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The staff was friendly and the room was great! The free breakfast includes cereals, waffles, yogurt, a variety of bread and bagels, eggs, sausage and biscuits. The orange juice was fantastic. The lobby décor was beautiful. The location is accessible and near tons of restaurants and shopping. Very close to the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets. The pool and hot tub were pretty, but we didn't test them out seeing as how it's winter. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay!
