Good location nice up to date rooms. Clean bathrooms and beds. Would stay again.

Excellent location for those traveling and don't want to deal with Albuquerque traffic. It's just off I-25 but far enough away that traffic noise isn't an issue. There are restaurants within walking distance, to include one 24/7 option. This is good since options start to dwindle after 9pm. Rooms are clean, the hotel tidy, and the staff is pleasant. The TV programs had an issue of video stuttering (frozen picture) while the audio continued. For those needing a TV distraction after a long drive, this could be a problem.

The Holiday Inn Express Bernalillo is a good value. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and some nice, basic amenities, make your stay a pleasant one.

When we checked in and went to our rooms and later pulled back the sheets on the bed, there were pills in the bed. Front desk took care of us immediately, completely changing all the bedding in the room. Additionally, one of the nights, after a heavy storm, the ceiling began leaking water all over the tv. Again front desk took care of us immediately, moving us to another room. Also, if you drive in the right side of the hotel to the back there are very large potholes, be careful. Overall the hotel was good, they need to improve the housekeeping and complete some much needed maintenance on and with the property.

Totally unsatisfactory made reservations gor 1st floor,they didn't have any openings. Didn't accommodate us even when we told them it was due to the fact my wife has trouble walking. Holiday Inn just lost about 300,00.00 in the next few months. They also lost my business gorever.

Totally redesigned inside and out since my last stay. rooms have all new furnishings and bedding. All new breakfast area .eating rooms and business area but still only have one printer to service 2 computers must swap usb cords to print.

Our stay was mostly good. The staff was friendly. The room was quiet, cool and dark. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is the pillows - they're flat as a pancake; I slept on 2. Also, as an FYI there's no access to the hotel from 550. The only way in is through the Days Inn parking lot next door.

Staff accused us of taking room towels. A Complete set! Charged card $250 without even an explanation before doing it. Staff unprofessional and small minded. Will take this all the way to the corporate office and if necessary to the courts. Unnecessary pressure while moving cross country. We drove by other Holiday Inn Express hotels rather than go through another negative experience. Use to be a good chain!

Staff was pleasant but found what looked to be two bloody streaks on the mattress pad and mold on my breakfast cinnamon bun. Was told that the manager would call to discuss the room but never did. We were also double-charged for the room, had to ask to get that corrected.
