  Upon arrival you could feel the warmth from the Christmas decore. Hand painted nutcracker by the staff line the fireplace, alongside hidden "Elf on the shelf" that daily finds himself auspicious situations.
  We arrived with a group of seven tweens celebrating a birthday. This information didn't scare the hotel manager, assistant managrt, or desk attendent. They pointed out all the amenities, and suggested we use the breakfast Cafe for the pizza party, and cake and ice cream. They provided rooms close to the elivatores, so other guest would be distributed. They never conplained about the girls needing extra blanlets, or using to much complementary hot chocolate. The staff always had a smile, and continued to make more suggestions on how they could be more accommodating. The pool area was clean, and the towel area was fully stacked. Needless to say.this Faifield Inn should be praised by the corporate office for keeping the service commitment to each guest.

  Nice quiet hotel. Stayed a week for work. Typical breakfast. The only thing I don't like is the water pressure. Very low pressure due to the shower heads. Other than that is was nice.

  Room was clean. Breakfast was fulfilling. Only issue is we checked in late, ready to put our head down, and found out our air conditioner was shot. Didn't bother calling desk as it was late and was not in the mood to deal with maintenance.

  Location just off 55 north of 80 is very convenient. Very clean room, friendly service, and a great (clean) pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

  Nice place to stay. Not far from anything. Stayed in a normal room for a month for work (couldn't get them to pay for a suite) not a bad experience at all. Would recommend.

  Check in and all front desk staff was great. They even gave us an upgrade. Housekeeping and maintenance staff spoke to us coming and going. The breakfast lady however could us another round of hospitality training. Other than that I would stay again. Thanks for everything.

  I spent one night at this hotel and was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the front desk check in workers, and the beautiful spread that was on the breakfast buffet in the morning. The employees were attentive and the entire facility is kept clean and tidy. I would stay here again if visiting Joliet.

  Very nice, high end French restaurant. Formal: gentlemen need to wear a coat which makes for a nice setting. Wine list is very good. Food is outstanding.

  Hotel was a little older but still updated and very clean. Staff was super friendly. It was your standard free breakfast.
