The seating is very comfortable the employees are helpful and the place is very clean. It is pretty full on weekends but during the week and easily get a seat to your liking. I really feel safe in their parking lot since they installed a new lighting system that makes it look like daytime in the parking lot.

I love this Harkins Theater The popcorn is prepared specially for me I.e., “no salt no butter” Never a problem. Finally, I love going to this theater at the Christown Spectrum Mall on Friday mornings before 12 noon! This way you don’t run into a lot of loud teenagers!

Good location. I bring all the kids there and even just me and the wife for a simple date night up the street. I like the spray misters out front too.

Friendly staff and plenty of parking. This is a local chain, so it's a great place to go for a movie if you want to keep your money local.

This is the story of our own home town boy making it big. Dan Harkins grow up in his family owned movie theater, in Tempe, Arizona. He may have hit the big time, but he still runs it like his family did when he was a kid.

Typically, I do not write reviews but I sincerely wanted to speak up about the customer service today. I had just gone grocery shopping before my movie started and one of the ticket-ushers respectfully noticed by bag and I could not go through ( understandably) so I patiently waited for a manager to come down to guest services. Here I am thinking that it was a bad idea to go grocery shopping ( only 1 bag) beforehand and I seriously was not going to eat anything from it. I am also thinking I'd may have to pay for a locker or worst, not be able to bring it in at all. Let me tell you, while no outside food is allowed, they were so accommodating and friendly in offering to keep it at guest services and to even put it into a fridge if necessary. Thank you Harkins one again for providing me with good service, a clean theater and a good movie.

Great customer service. Comfortable seating. Clean restrooms. I really like the greeters, they are so friendly. Clean snack bar and friendly servers. One of my favorite places to go and enjoy myself.

Went there recently with a friend, and overall was a pleasant experience. Staff was prompt and friendly, theater was easy to find. Clean facilities and nice ambiance. Would definitely recommend. In the past, that location was a disaster. Glad to see new staff and renovations breathed new life into the place.

Not a bad movie theater, but a little worn and messy. Staff wasn't very excited to be there, and a few seemed to want you to know that they don't like their jobs. Slow ticket line, mildly chaotic at concession with a mess of popcorn all over the floor that looked like it had been there for hours just being stepped on.

Every time I come here, the staff are always friendly. The seats are comfy enough and it's pretty mellow. I've never really seen it packed except for when Deadpool came out. I'm going on a date with someone on 12/08/2016 and I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I always have a great time here, even if I'm on my own. :)

I really like Harkins Theaters overall. Their loyalty cup (with $1.50 refills) and shirt (free medium popcorn voucher every movie) is a FANTASTIC deal. I docked a star because of Christown.. not really Harkins' fault but it does make me question if I want to deal with the surroundings or if I'd rather drive to a location further away.
Other annoyance is that they have recently put in SUPER BRIGHT green exit signs in the theater. They look normal when the house lights are up but once the movie begins they are blinding. I'm sure there are all sorts of regulations for those signs, but come on there's gotta be a happy medium.
