This hotel is nice from what I saw of the place but the rooms are very small maybe big enough for a couple and a baby but that's about the extent of the place because when I visited there their parking lot behind it had broken glass and none of the maintenance people decided to pick up any of the glass they just walk right over it and continued on with what they thought they had to get done and completely ignored the cleanliness of their found to invite customers in for an extended stay.i could give them a (5) but after seeing what I saw there they will be rated as a (3) from me.
All stars for the management who addressed every issue, that cropped up, in a PROMPT and COURTEOUS manner. The stay started off real bad! Incomplete housekeeping, Non-functional stove-top, Old unclean items in the dishwasher.
Special mentions to Kimberly and Ryan. The manager finally came and presented a complimentary certificate for an extra day stay at any ESA hotel.
This place is really like a home away from home. King room was sold out so we were upgraded to a King Suite at the same rate. It comes with a nice private kitchen with a big fridge, a living room with sofa and TV and a big and quiet bedroom with a full bathroom. Absolutely good value for price! Staff are so nice and friendly, they give my son little gifts to cheer him up. I'd highly recommend this ESA!
My family and I have stayed here for a bit of time the staff are so helpful and polite!! Love love love this location!!! Highly recommend staying here!!
The staff was really friendly. The first room I check into smelled of smoke and there was no problem giving me another room. The rooms are old and dated and smell a little. Cleanliness could be improved. The gym consist of three machines, two where broken
The staff were super friendly during my stay. My room was always made to look top notch after cleaning services were done. Plus, the location was great!
Great place to stay for longer terms. Great staff very friendly. My room is very clean. And since I'm here for one month it's just like being at home.
Did not feel safe here. While sleeping we were Awaken by a noise to find a man trying to break into our room. Called front desk who said they would call police. Never saw police never came and talked to us. We ask front desk. They said they came. We asked about security to watch building at night she said they did not have one and the only camera was at the front doors. Driving to the back where our room was. We saw cars with people living in them. A security guard could deal with this. At least put cameras up to watch property and protect guest.
Reservation process was fast. I literally made my reservation from parking lot and 10 minutes later inside my room. Room was clean and inviting. Both cash or card can be used. If using cash you'll still need a debit/CC card to secure reservation and will have to put a $100 sec. deposit. I paid using cash and upon checkout quickly received my deposit back. Friendly staff. Overall experience was quick and easy. Great location! Close to hospital, eateries, shopping.
The hotel was in a good location, there were lots of stores and restaurants area. It was easily accessible from the highway and there was plenty of parking. The hotel staff was friendly and made the check out/in process very quick. The room itself was okay, nothing special. They need to update the lighting in the room, especial the kitchenette area. The only negative is the room doors are thin so you can hear all the traffic in the hallways. All in all of you just need a place to sleep for a night this is a good option, but if you're staying a few days id look for something nicer.
Extended Stay America Hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean and the location is great close to light rail service. The staff is very kind and helpful. The grounds of the hotel is very clean. I love it here.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff, our double occupancy room was very clean, the included kitchen was immaculate. Nice sized rooms with televisions in both. Located in a nice area of Phoenix close to the lightrail, bus service, and many eating and shopping locations. The exterior is well maintained, and includes a pool. Morning coffee and muffins are included. Also included are a laundry facility, an exercise room, wifi, and its pet friendly.
Spent a week here. Received a 30â„… promo code for signing up for email alerts through their website, so the price was right. The rooms are dated, especially so after closer observation. Sofa bed appeared to have bed bugs. Guests come and go and come and go and come and go seemingly all night long. The staff seem to have an aversion to friendliness, and don't expect clean towels to be brought to your room or even available at the front desk if you go looking. The neighborhood can be scary at times but is mostly decent with anything you might need being available at the strip mall across the street which includes a Costco, Target, Fry's grocery store, iHop, Taco Bell and lots more. Generally the cheapest Extended Stay location in the Phoenix. And although dated and staffed with curmudgeons, you get a little more than you pay for which in the end is all that matters.
From the crack heads roaming the neighborhood. To the hotel being dog friendly, yet there are ZERO trash cans outside near any of the doors or dog relief areas. To the pictures below and much more. I know this place is cheap, but if you can't handle dirty and nasty conditions, pay a little more for anything else. I literally mean anything!
Btw, no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, no bowls. Only upon request, and they give them to you dirty. We didn't even take them, went and bought plastic
Clean with a great price point and location. Some staff are amazing (I forget her name, she's blond and I think it's Allison) while others aren't (management seemed a little rude and aloof). Didn't do a great job in housekeeping which is weekly (forgot my room twice and I had to say something each time), but you can exchange linens and towels anytime after 2pm. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE INSIDE YOUR VEHICLE! AND SECURE YOUR VEHICLE. There's a transient population that comes through rarely and there's a high chance of theft if you are not vigilant. Hotel is not responsible and police won't even come out. Overall, good experience.
