Nice and cozy! Guest laundry is great! Crackers Barrel nearby. The building is in maintenance and made some loud noise before five pm.

Nice rooms . Not sure the name of the front desk manager. But he was awesome, could not be more nicer and attentive. We needed some Nyquil and he jumped into action got us some. I would stay there again with out hesitation. They are renovating the outside but the people make the difference.

Currently this place is a mess with all the construction they have going on.
Parking is limited to half of guests. So good luck there.

This is a great hotel! I've stayed here twice for business trips and never had any problems at all.
Linen is clean, breakfast is provided and decent, the front desk agents are very courteous and helpful. Cracker Barrell is right next door.response / report this review -

Great customer service with all individuals at the site especially the front desk. The rooms were nice. The Jacuzzi and pool area were relaxing. The gym is 24 hours which is handy.

Stayed during Hurricane Irma, and I have nothing but the highest praise. The staff were more than helpful, always so friendly with a smile, always looking to help, and they are a credit to their company. The rooms were spacious and very comfy. I will recommend to anyone from the UK to visit. I feel like I came as a guest and left with some new found friends!! I will be back soon!! Thanks to the manager Ben, Alma and all the staff for making our 'hurricane stay over', one we will never forget!! Leon (from U.K.)

The room was wonderful check in was easy. Breakfast needed more options for non meat eaters. There was construction work going on outside our room. Overall the hotel was exactly what my husband and I were looking for plus not on busy street. Lovely pool.

Clean, friendly, convenient. The manager Craig is so friendly. He is always approachable to discuss any issues you may have. The breakfast is awesome and plentiful. We always stay here while in town and will continue to do so in the future.

Great location and very easy to find. Close to some restaurants and not far from shopping, etc.
The breakfast is your standard Hampton Inn selection, some warm food, cereals, bagels, fruit, etc.
The Internet was pretty good did have some trouble with signal strength here and there.
The staff was pretty decent, the check-in was easy and check-out was a none event.
Parking is free and plenty of it.
There was construction going on while I was there so keep that in mind.response / report this review -

Visited during the holidays because of appointment at Cleveland Clinic. The room was newly renovated. Very clean & comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Andrew. He was very pleasant & caring. A real treasure. The free breakfast buffet also great. Fresh , hot Belgian waffles. Oatmeal with a variety of toppings available.
