We stayed in the King Suite for 2 nights. It was a really nice experience. The hotel is located right off a main highway AND is near a lot of attractions and restaurants in Davie. If I ever wish to have another Staycation, I'll definitely consider the chain of Holiday Inn Express as my first choice. The breakfast selection was also very varied and was delicious.

Too bad 0 stars isn't an option. Absolutely terrible customer service. Made an attempt to book a reservation for hurricane Irma relief workers. I was initially hung up on when asked to speak with reservations. Then called back and was transferred to reservations, who then told me I need to speak to front desk. Then the front desk said I needed to be transferred back to customer service. I then asked for a manager, to which the guys replied. "Oh, I give you had service. Okay I transfer to manager", in broken English and then proceeded to chuckle. The manager was equally as useless and then said well we don't have any rooms anyway. For a hotel booking experience, it was the all time worst. I am shocked that anyone in this industry would be so rude and incompetant. I would NEVER attempt book with this hotel again. This happened at approx 10pm on 09/26/17. I hope those calls are recorded.

Talk to Joe. He is very knowledgeable. Parking and getting there can be a challenge. They have limited spots on lot next door just in case. clean and good breakfast

Nice hotel. Decor leaves something to be desired. The hotel felt dated. Service was good. Skipped the breakfast and opted for Waffle House next door. It's a pain to enter the hotel parking lot as it's off a main four lane with a concrete divider. You'll pass the hotel, then u turn. However, Davie is always busy and this i tune could take you 15 minutes. Won't stay here agin because of the access issues.

My experience at this hotel was great. They picked me up from airport and put me in a suite. They also brought my daughter a crib upon request almost immediately. The rooms are spacious. The staff are so friendly. They're also really insightful is you have a question. Carolina and Hernando were the names of the kind employees. They recommended a restaurant up town and I thoroughly enjoyed it. They didn't have to tell me where to go. Such a great environment there.

The hotel is I'm a pretty good location as you are approximately 30min from everything. It's pretty quiet here too. The staff has been extremely nice. It was raining one night and all the parking was full except where the hotel van is designated to park. The front desk gave us the van parking to ensure we were close and didn't have to walk in the rain.

Stayed in a suite and it was awesome. Nice and roomy with a pull out bed and a king in the master bedroom. The water takes a little while to heat up though. Disabled persons will have no troubles because the room is equipped to help.

The stay was very plesant. Though we only stayed for two nights the rooms were well maintained. Very clean and the continental breakfast was enjoyable. Staff was very friendly. Especially the morning shuttle driver Hernando. He was willing to go above and beyond the call for service. If we ever get the chance to come back we will sure book again.
