WARNING! This park will spoil you! Honestly, after staying here for a few weeks I am ruined on other so-called class A only luxury RV resorts. Aztec is by far my favorite park to date, it is so clean, so spacious, so beautiful and the spots are incredible. Even when it starts to get full, it never feels full. The way they laid out the streets and spots allows you to feel a constant sense of privacy. We stayed in a really nice spot with a tiki hut, and it was so cool being able to set up a mini outdoor living room and BBQ area. The neighbors are friendly, and creative. We went for walks almost every night and would stand in awe at the beauty of the custom designed privately owned spots.

The gym, the pools and laundry facilities were all top notch. We can't wait to stay here again.

As a navigation tip - some GPS's think there are two entrances to this park. Be aware that there is only one - so if your GPS tells you tun into the park using any other road than Aztec Blvd, do not follow it or you'll be stuck. Walking through the park I noticed there was a road that looked as if it was once a second entrance, but as of a few months ago this was not the case.

Aztec RV Resort is absolutely beautiful! Above and beyond anywhere we have been before! Everyone from the owner, to the ladies in the office, and the security are very nice and most helpful. This is our second time here and I'm sure we'll be back! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Thank you all very much! We have already been passing information about your RV Resort on to our friends!

Beautiful park in the worst neighborhood
Stolen bicycle every month
1 person night security for 100ac and 650 lots
In the worst neighborhood in broward county
And on top all winter rude French Canadians
Who Think say can do what they want in our country

More bikes 🚴 are stolen as off today
More then 12 a year I would estimate
Think how save you are here
When there kind are here we have security
After all French Canadian leave no security at all this much they care about Americans
Cheap french business politics all year long
Just using our country
I am out off here soon thanks god

On top they have one guy lot 232
Please try to stay far away
I am 100 yards away I hear his music inside my RV
I have to turn the volume up
And police was here how many times
He is buddy with management

If you are Frebch Canadian, this is paradise. If not, forget it. Although, one of the most beautifully landscaped resorts, the rude people and lack of english is appalling. All you here at the pool, hot tub or on the street is French. They even have and ESC ( English Speaking Social Club) What? I thought Florida was in the USA and we are not a bilingual country. The fact that this park is at least 80% Canadian should be on the website or relayed to you before you book and pay for your site. There are loud parties all hours and people all the time, screaming in french, but Mais oui, cest le vive, in Quebec and parts of Ontario.
We have stayed in some very highly rated top notch RV Parks and Campgrounds in the country and this is the worst. The garish opulence of these sites speaks to the class of people in this park. This is not Montreal or Quebec City. The rude people wound not say hello, bon jour, or wave. In most RV Parks across the Country, people are friendly and there is an attitude of respect for each other alond with a comradery of fellow RVers. This park should warn you in advance and charge you in Canadian. My advise to people who do not wish to help fulfill the dream of the builder, who is French Canadian entrepreneur, is to avoid this park and the rudeness of the French Canadians. It is their culture not ours and you will be a stranger in your own country. The beautiful sites and amenities are just not worth it.

Beautiful ressort, one of a kind. A lot of people from Quebec. Everybody is respectful, many little parties, as long as you are quite you can party all around. Very, very kid friendly, perfect exemple that well educated kids can get along with adults. Loved the place for the grounds and people that live here.

Beautiful RV Resort. Best park in the Deerfield-Pompano=Ft Lauderdale area. Beautiful grounds and facilities. Very large lots. Many activities. Many snow birds, most French Canadians and all were very friendly. Reasonable prices. Disappointed that there don't provide a patio table/chairs on the lot for short term stays. Lots to see in the geographic area but traffic is painful.
