very good for the price. front desk rep. was very attentive to my needs and got me checked in quickly. the room was very nice and was kept clean day to day. overall great stay with an affordable price tag.

Always liked staying here because it's close to the mall and other nice shops. How we this time a lot of construction was going on in the area resulting in slow traffic. Overall a nice hotel.

Unfortunately hurricane irma was touchdown on us and we lost power but front desk staff was very helpful and giving and they helped us with amenities that we did not. Young lady at the front desk by the name of Tamara was very helpful she gave me breakfast and orange juice she deserves a raise very nice smile and she always willing to help keep up the good work!!

Stayed here for 2 nights for work during my stay I was bit by bugs in room 222. The carpet was nasty and needs to be cleaned. The room stunk really bad. Customer service was horrible the lien should be replaced and new towels and was rags should be bought to. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Location was quiet. Room was spacious. Price was reasonable. Service was good. Hot water at sink was not adequate. Second time this has happened.

Location is out of the way of Miami traffic, which was a plus for me. The rooms are simple but nice, except for a sticky part of the carpet. Staff is super nice and helpful. But the best thing is they are dog friendly.

The hotel is nice. More staffing would be good on the night shift. Had to go and collect my own towels. The carpet in the hallway can use deep cleaning and shampoo.
