Been here several times in the last few years. I can't say I've ever been impressed. The staff is very friendly and attentive but the property really needs a lot of work. The hotel is very dated with extremely deity and old carpet on all floors. The rooms need a severe upgrade up to and including new mattresses. They are renovating the lobby area and restaurant so for a long while now there is basically no food other than simple bar food. The bar is good with some decent selections but it needs a complete makeover as well. The area the hotel is in is not exactly a safe part of Denver but does seem to be improving. All in all I would find another hotel to stay in the next time I'm in Denver.

Was down for a volleyball tournament and the rooms were nice. The beds are comfortable, but make sure to ask for a view. They had construction going on. They do not have a continental breakfast but if you order it from the menu is going to run you $ 17.99. they have a bar and Starbucks all in one. Not far from downtown

Nothing special. Rooms are average and outdated. Bathroom shower for not drain well so the tub filled as we showered. Staff was friendly and willing to take care of guests which was appreciated. The absolute worst part and main reason for not staying here is the parking. There is not near enough parking. We circled the lot for 20 minutes to night before fighting for a parking space. The next night we were one of about 9 cars circling and unable a park. Security approached us and gave us $20 in meal vouchers and apologized for the parking hassle. Would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property. Spacious, well maintained rooms. Well cared for by friendly staff. Convenient shuttle to nearby areas & scheduled times to the commuter rail station ($9 day pass= unlimited rail +any bus routes). Food left a lot to be desired on multiple occasions (mostly dry issue). Great breakfast spread!

Very clean and conveniently located hotel right outside Denver. Nice Bar and restaurant upfront, interior of lobby is gorgeous with AN inviting fireplace. Counter lady was very friendly and helpful. Room is clean beds are soft and pillows are awesome. Court yard looks a little doll probably because it's the middle of the winter and it's Colorado. We didn't get a chance to go swimming.

Can't give five stars cause I was there for about 5 hours due to United being a terrible airline but my 5 hours was quite nice with friendly staff and a delicious cookie. Toilet paper was soft and shower water was nice and hot. Thanks doubletree for making my crappy night from United a little bit more enjoyable.

Good experience as a hotel, but really only used it to crash at night. Can't speak for gym or most amenities. I will say that the Starbucks in the lobby is kind of a rip-off sometimes, got a half filled cappuccino which at Starbucks prices is pretty annoying. As for the actual hotel room, it was clean and the maids actually used the do not disturb signs - you'd be surprised how rare that is. Was not interrupted while sleeping once, except by a loud neighbor. 5 star on main service for sure.

Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Nice touch with giving everyone in our group a yummy cookie and a couple bags of pretzels for the next day's drive. Clean, quiet rooms, too

What a great hotel just outside downtown! The staff has been great from check in and every other step along the way. Nice rooms and a nice lobby area. The hotel bar is great and hopefully we get a chance to hang out in the sports bar on Sunday!

Booked this hotel on a whim. Parking was a challenge. Lobby is beautiful. Room was nice sized, no fitted sheets on bed. Bathroom was small compared to room. No fridge in room. Nice sized closet. Breakfast buffet coupons were a nice touch. Waitress was amazing.

Far too often I've seen really nice hotels run down. This is the complete opposite. This looks like a really old facility that the current owners and fixed up very very nicely. Staff was professional and courteous room was clean.

Our stay has been great here this is my 3rd time staying with DoubleTree and Denver's 3203 Quebac has been the best. The staff was great and quick with service. They even made our stay special for the Dirty 30 Birthday we were celebrating. Bed comfy rooms nice hotel very clean. Definitely recommend this hotel we used Lyft while staying here $5 off you first 3 rides offered by the hotel. 10-15 minutes away from fun attractions.

Great welcome from front desk. Room upgrade to Mountain view for diamond. No fridge in room standard, no executive floor. Breakfast buffet is decent but I'll get made-to-order tomorrow. Fair gym. Plenty of elevators.

My wife is here on business. The staff has been amazing. I have a special needs son. The entire staff has given him so much attention. The cafe staff has treated him so well. They all come over to visit with their little buddy. They made all our needs go away. Anything we needed this week was taken care of with respect and a pleasant attitude. The rooms are clean and updated. The location is convenient to many local attractions. The breakfast buffet was different and delicious each day of the week. Overall a great place to stay with a pleasant, friendly staff. And, yes, you must try the free complimentary chocolate chip cookies. Always warm and delicious.response / report this review -
