Very nice stay! We drove in late after checkin, but they put our key in our room and kept the door unlocked for us. They upgraded us to a suite with a bedroom for free. Worked out great since we had two couples! The suite was updated and was pretty clean. It was a nice stay and we would definitely stay again when in the area!

Really enjoyed staying here. Clean and the staff is friendly. Lots of things to do; kayaking, boating, bicycles on site for riding. Bait store next door and also a restauraunt within walking distance.

Near the beach and shopping. Cable and internet and grills and outdoor seating with TV and a swimming pool.

Had an absolutley wonderful experience. We had to cancel our second night because of unexpected circumstances on our end. Owners easily accommodated the change with no charges. When the room we requested was not available they also updated us to a 2 bedroom suite with no extra charge. When they checked us in we were given lots of tips on where to go and what to do. Room was updated, clean and well maintained. There is a bit of noise from the highway, but for the price this place cannot be beat! Far above our expectations from two sisters, 60 and 70 we felt totally safe. Would stay again and again!

The owner was very nice when we stayed.
He hooked us up with a pontoon to cruise around with for a very reasonable price. Will stay here again when in FMB.

Not even a one for reviewBooked at room for October 7 & 8. We need it for a softball tournament for two girls to have a place to sleep and before we got there the day of we called and they could not find my reservation, but several calls , confirmed confirmation number, hours on the phone with EXPEDIA the end result was the HOTEL cancelled our reservations. WHY???? Let me guess a customer walked and wanted to pay more then what we got it on EXPEDIA!!! Not only did you put two girls out of getting a good night sleep for preparation of their weekend tournament ( like you care ), but we had to drive back and forward 1.5 hours each way in less than 12 hours from home. WATCH your booking with the the OWNER and MIKE they will screw you without notice.

I I asked to see the room before I paid the lady owner seemed a little irritated but she showed me the room. It's nice. I have no power due to Hurricane Irma so it was nice to sleep in a comfy bed with AC.

Very reasonable rates. Clean and spacious rooms. Boat rentals on site. Friendly and very helpful on site management.

Terrible. Not for family or kids. Small rooms. Rude staff. This is a motel not a resort or even close. Rooms where dirty. I was not even sure it was cleaned before me and I did not get a new room even though I got a small room I did not payed for. Pictures are so not real. They claim to have queen beds but they are just full size. Dont even bother. Pay 50 bucks for the same room else.

Wonderful stay at tip top. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. Wonderful service and free continental breakfast. I will come back and stay again.

Ok if you are just looking for basic accommodations. After checking our room out and finding a problem the owner quickly responded and moved us to another room. The surroundings aren't great since it is on a very busy road but once we were inside our room we couldn't hear the traffic.

It was terrible. We left two days early because the smoke and pot were overwhelming. It sits on a busy, noisy highway. The pool area is dirty and small. The housekeepers were efficient. That is the only positive. This is not suitable for families, senior citizens, or women. We felt unsafe.
