Awesome Hotel!! Have smoking rooms still at this point. Free breakfast everyday. And free dinner 3 days a week!! Mon. The. Wed. Oh ya and free beer!!! Best IHG hotel I've stayed at. And I'm a spire member have over half 500,000 IHG points. I stay at alot of diff hotels. But prefer IHG and this is the best one out of any I've ever stayed at!

Very friendly staff. My room was super clean, nice and comfortable! Quiet and no smells! The breakfast was great! The Pitt fire was amazing and relaxing! I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat!!

Overall not a bad stay, but their internet reliability is SO horrible that they are getting a 2/5. No matter what device I use, the connection drops constantly, forcing you to re-sign in over and over, half the time the sign in page doesn't even load, and when the internet does work it's frustratingly slow. In fact, I'm using my own cell data to create this very post. I do like staying here, but I (like everyone else in the 21st century) need my internet, and when I'm here I spend almost as much time re-connecting to the internet as I do using the internet.

Good location, close to shopping, have a decent breakfast & Monday through Wednesday a evening "social" with a few food items & a small salad bar. Rooms are quiet & dark, heating & air conditioning work fantastic. Really nice people working there

Place was very clean, and had a wonderful breakfast but the bed was the worst part. Very uncomfortable nights sleep. Staff was very friendly.

I have been staying here for quite a while now and have always liked there service. Friendly and helpful staff.
Last night they moved us from the smoking floor to a better room on another floor. No upcharge, or extra fees.

Cosmetically it's beautiful. Once you get to the room it's like the rose colored glasses get pulled off the and it's not good. No bed bugs but plenty of other multi-legged creatures to keep your kids occupied. The breakfast lady was super nice as was the rest of the staff we saw but the hotel itself leaves quite a bit to be desired.

Excellent service and a nice room. Our room was a suite but everything was in the same room. However, it was tastefully done and looked quite good. The staff was extremely friendly. My wife and I have three girls under two years old so everything is a challenge. The staff helped us bring all our stuff in and packed up breakfast for us in the morning. Needless to say we will definitely stay again!
