Room was well appointed and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Though I only stayed one night, overall a very good experience. Would recommend to others to stay there

A step below your average Residence Inn. Powdered egg breakfast that's not kept overly warm. Picture shows the extent of the hot breakfast (unless you include the oatmeal and a waffle maker). The rooms were completely standard for a Residence Inn, and the TVs all had Netflix (which was nice). The staff was friendly and pleasant. I generally consider Residence Inn to be at the 4-star level, but this one takes a hit for the minimalist breakfast.

It was such a joy to stay here!!! The staff was always so helpful and always smiling I've never seen such happy employees. And the housekeeping staff was exceptional I had pets and they always worked around our schedule.

The location was easy to find and near restaurants and stores. The room was clean and spacious with appealing amenities and innovative technologies. The TV had internet options and there was wifi. The front desk attendant was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was hearty. It was a very comfortable stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

The rooms are very nice. They're also very quiet and you do not hear people pounding around all day. The included breakfast bar area is excellent with a good variety of food which tastes great

Great comfortable hotel with very reasonable prices. The rooms are clean and well furnished, and the staff were extremely friendly. Typical Hotel breakfast, but the free dinner and drinks in the evening was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy online check in time, desk time courteous, clean quite room, hot breakfast wonderful. Gift of chocolates and water, two of my favorite things plus good service. Great stay. Will put on my list of favorites for another time.

This is a well managed hotel where the staff genuinely care about guests, from the Manager to the front desk personnel to the cleaning staff. Loved the beer/red wine nightly (M - W) and they occasionally have a basic dinner available as well. Complimentary. I won't stay anywhere else in Southern Pines. Gym could use some attention, but they have a free deal with Golds down the street. Best Residence Inn I have ever stayed at- Marriot CEO should send his minions here to see how a good hotel should work. No complaints.
